I have no idea how much the parking costs because I found a free street parking space both times I was here. There are automated ticket vending machines on the platform and you will absolutely want to buy a ticket. All four times I rode the train, there was a conductor checking for fares. The train is clean and comfortable enough. It's only a 12 minute run from Westminster to Union station so I suppose it wouldn't be too bad if it was crowded during the rush hour runs. Three stars because the train only runs every hour. That's a big gap between trains!

Not drinking and driving etc. only pain is the last train to Westminster/Arvada is around 10:20. For people wanting to stay out later it's nice to drive. Still the train took about eleven minutes into Union Station and around fourteen to get back to Westminster. Would ride again.

Came back 7-8 hours later. Car was as we left it and without a ticket! Still working on landscaping but the lines are crisp and the cement fresh. Plenty of space to park. Inside or outside although in winter conditions that'll change obviously. Last train out here is about 10/11 but if you carpool you're golden. Prices seem fair. Could be lower of course and I heard they may change in the next few months. Not sure if up or down but that probably depends on usage. Worth a visit.

Adam was super helpful in swapping out our Sienna minivan that we had rented at the airport the…read morenight before...and had a dead battery in the key fob that didn't let us unlock doors and caused issues with starting the car. Adam swapped the car with another Sienna and we were on our way in 10 minutes. As we left, he was talking to another customer who had rented a Suburban previously and Adam had found something left in the car and had saved it for him. Kudos for caring. Good local branch. Every week I'd pay them, then once I returned the car they decided to way over charge me by $1,000. I have never rented from a rental company that decides to charge you the weeks you rent after your done renting. They ruined one of my accounts and still claim that i owe them, then they have the audacity to send me a letter saying that I cannot rent with them again. Honestly if your looking for a rental company go up the street to 104th and Washington to the Enterprise Rent a Car they are amazing and have no surprise charges when your finally done renting. This company as a whole is a joke please look elsewhere when renting and save yourself from a headache and surprise charges.

Strange little route throughout Broomfield. Instead of going down the busiest street (128th Ave.),…read moreit goes through a random neighborhood. It starts out on Midway (going east), but then decides to snake through a neighborhood. The drivers are always friendly. One driver pulled the bus over for this group of people (not at a stop) because someone thought they might have left something with their kin who got off the bus. A bit inconvenient to me as I had to wait while someone shouted "Tameka! Tameka!" down the street. Tameka turned around and shouted back to the people on the bus. I'm sure the residents of Broomtown (yes, I know it's Broomfield) were looking out their windows, locking their doors, as they might have thought something was going down. Silly suburbs. From Wagon Road Park-N-Ride (120th and Huron) to Broomfield Park-N-Ride (119th and Wadsworth) and back again. Infrequent runs, no weekend routes, no frills. It gets the job done. Sort of, if you ever find yourself without a car in Broomfield.

It would be awesome to have it actually go down 128th, as the name implies, and more particularly if you live right off of it. There appear to be a couple of unused stops in the area that would do everyone in the 128th - 136th Street crowd a huge favor if they were utilized by this route.

Uber has gotten worse and worse over time. Not only have their prices continued to go up for simple…read morerides but the drivers have become ruder, less speak even enough English to be able to appropriately help if there's an emergency (yeah kind of important) and some of the cars people drive should barely be able to be on the road. At the very least a driver needs to be able to communicate basic English (the overwhelmingly spoken language in the US) so if there's an emergency they are able to notify the proper authorities and/or assist. When you aren't able to communicate with someone, especially someone you are paying for a service and that service involves something dangerous, like driving, it not only takes away from the customer experience which has only gotten worse with uber but it does not make the rider feel safe. I've also had drivers cussing on the phone with their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife and just honestly being terrible at customer service. How are these people vetted? I've been in cars where multiple warning lights are on, there's noise coming from under the hood (not good noise) and quite frankly I have no idea how they are even on the road. One car had their child lock on the back doors, not remotely safe. Drivers who have literally been blasting their music, wildly inappropriate lyrics and loud (but I guess we don't care about common decency anymore) then when asked to turn it down I was told this is my car you can do what you want in yours. It's just gotten to a point where I'd almost rather take Lyft or a Taxi over Uber. At least with a taxi if you aren't able to communicate with them they are at least professional drivers.

On the day and time of pickup, I received a text message from Uber that they could not find a driver. I had to request a taxi instead but only after discovering that Uber does not service Yellowstone. I have never had an issue with Uber that after getting confirmation that they don't service an area. They should have not allowed me to reserve a ride if that is the case. It made for a very anxiety driven time. I do love Uber but not today. Please make sure when booking a ride that they do cover the area and Uber, shame on you for allowing the reservation in the first place.
