Since I had been wanting to check it out for years but haven't since limited mobility can make things difficult, we took the opportunity to pop in there and see what they had. Dr. Sue believes that a person that consumes her all-natural dark chocolate gets a decadent treat while having a healthier option than the person might otherwise eat. Dark chocolate? Decadent? Healthy? I'm in! While I love dark chocolate, I find that many are just too bitter to enjoy. In my opinion, Dr. Sue's dark chocolate is absolutely perfect! I don't know what % chocolate she uses but I did not find it bitter at all! We purchased a 4-ounce bag of each (1) Toasted Coconut Chocolate Bark, (2) Cranberry Orange Chocolate Bark, and (3) Peppermint Chocolate Bark.
