All the ingredients are fresh and the cooking directions are clear and easy, according to my daughter. I merely microwave the leftovers without sacrificing any taste or texture, so far so good. They will adapt most meals to your food preferences and make it clear if one has an ingredient that cant be removed (I hate mushrooms and its always quick and easy to see if they can send an option without them- never once has a meal come with them included!) Thank You Thursday Review…read more Evergreen Park Farmers Market is one of my favorite places.  Open Thursdays from 7 am to 1 pm -  May thru October, I sure miss them from November thru April! My favorite vendor is Dotson Farm, where I purchase herbs and flowers for my garden in May/June. A variety of vegetables are enjoyed throughout the season.
