I came in for an oil change, wheel alignment, and tire balancing, and they also replaced the light on one of my fog headlights. They were honest, professional, and efficient. That kind of service is hard to find when it comes to car maintenance. If you're looking for someone you can trust, these two definitely have what it takes. When you're looking for used tires, it can be tough sometimes, but it will save you a ton when you have a rare run flat tire size. This is a very small shop, but there are seats inside and outside. Came here on a Saturday cause my tire needed to be patched. Called multiple places and they had such a long wait time. However I called this place and they were like "20 minutes" and I literally could not say no to that. Drove there immediately and they already started to work on my vehicle. The guy took out my tire and was nice enough to tell me that he will patch it however I would need to take it to get changed as my tread was not much. So he made sure to let me know I definitely need to get new tires. Within 5 minutes they patched my tire and I was good to go. They also were nice enough to pump my tires and put my spare back in the car for me. The whole thing only costed $20 which is great. Would definitely come back. Just one thing though you're gonna have to know how to back into the street cause it's kind of a one way in and one way out. read more

Absolute trash. Went in because my tire pressure light turned on again after filling my tires. They put air in my tire and told me I should be adding air in my tire every 15 days even though they were brand new. Went down the street and surprise surprise I have a nail in my tire. They wanted "whatever cash I could give" for doing nothing! They won't properly do their job. DONT RECOMMEND!!!! Save your time and money! read more

One of my employees got a flat tire today. I was close by where he was, so I got the tire and took it around the corner to Rene's Tire Service to see if they could fix it. I was greeted by one of the workers, and he said "SURE! I can fix that for you!" I was like Great! Then he said "But I'm going to take my lunch first." Unbelievable!! I had just told him my employee was stranded on a busy street nearby, and he said he was going to take his lunch before helping me?! I looked around, and there weren't any other customers in there at all...and there were other workers in the shop! SO I said fine I guess I will wait. Next thing I know, the guy that couldnt help me beacsue he had to eat was helping a customer that had just walked in! I grabbed my tire and took it accross the street to another tire shop and it was fixed in less that 10 minutes. I will tell everyone I know that Rene's Tire Service has lousy customer service. read more

Just got back from them to get used tires for my Camry. Been going to these guys for a while so I trusted their work. Service was fine and the guys there are cool, went in and out in about 20 minutes. Went home to do a brake job and the lug nuts are on TIGHT. I get it, I used to work for a shop so I know it's impact gun for everything. Using hand tools I tried to get the nuts off and the studs snap on me. You can tell in the photos some of those threads are definitely cross-threaded. Called in to see if they could at least give me some of my money back to pay for my time, because now I have to repair the wheel studs that THEY cross threaded AND used an impact gun on. Refused, basically said you're on your own. It's a shame, really liked coming here. I've taken these wheels on and off hundreds of times myself and this never happened. Gave two stars because their value is good, just a shame they won't take accountability for their actions. Come at your own risk! read more

They showed it to me, patched it up, and I was home 5 minutes before they closed. Pricing varies likely depending on the size/location of the patch. This place is a GEM! Not only did they hook me up with two PIRELLI tires last time for $50 each... & even though they were "used" they had tread on them like new! So obviously when I popped two more tires they are who I went to, but what was even more aMazing was that I had also cracked my rim & they were able to send it out and get it welded for $120 SAME day.
