I needed all new rotors and pads (complete brake job) The worst issue was the front! When I checked the paperwork on Jiffy Lube, it said they did NOT check. I asked them twice and they confirmed that they checked the front and they were good. I did stop by to talk to the manager upon my return. He had just left. Supervisor was not helpful.
