Matt, the owner, came out quickly to patiently listen to our very long list of issues. I explained what we wanted, and how we wanted it. Some involved adding ceiling lighting. Some involved, problem-solving, light switches. Some involved fixing issues that had been in the home ever since it was built almost 10 years ago. Matt asked relevant questions, didn't waste time, and within a couple of days produced a specific itemized list showing an estimate for each item we talked about. We decided to move forward with about two-thirds of the items at this time and Matt scheduled the work to be done at a responsive time and in consideration of my work schedule. Tony arrived on time for our appointment, we reviewed the list together, and he got to work quickly. He finished all of the work in about 7 1/2 hours without distractions. We've had problems in the past with other businesses crew members who answer their phones, spend more time talking to others, and running off to do another job without finishing ours. In this case, that was not an issue. Tony was focused, didn't waste time, talked with me about each of the items. He was patient when I changed some details, such as the type of light cast by the bulbs to be installed. He was helpful when I tested all the work. We were very happy that everything worked the way we wanted by the time he left. And we were happy that the final bill came in about $100 less than estimated. I know we'll finish all of the items on the list later in the year, and will definitely use Geiger Electric again for that service. The business side of the service required some clarification, but I found it easy to discuss it and get it corrected. Overall we had an excellent experience, and I recommend Geiger to anyone needing, reliable, professional, and trustworthy service.

I liked that he thought of more interesting ideas and suggestions than I did, and that he shared his thoughts when asked: it made a huge difference in the end product. I'm extremely pleased. I was thoroughly impressed with the bid/estimate process, the communication, and the execution of the work. I feel lucky that Hector B. and Robert M. were my "crew" to remedy the mistakes of the prior painter and start the new outdoor project. The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Even so they replaced the new valve washers just to be sure and reinstalled the seats with teflon tape and tested it out. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.

We…read moreexperienced a roof leak in October that involved poor installation workmanship by the solar company when they replaced solar panels on my roof. My home insurance would not cover the damages. I had to place a tarp on my roof temporarily while dealing with this nightmare. The Solar company "Tesla" did not take responsibility for damages to the roof tiles that caused the leak. The home insurance company pointed fingers to the solar company and denied my claim. I had to source out several roofing companies. In the midst of rainy season, some roofing companies told me that it would be weeks till they can come out and do any repairs. I searched on Yelp and found Jacobo Roofing. I saw the reviews and called them. Within a day, I was contacted by Marcos. It's a Father/Son team. That same week, they came out to my property to access the issue. The Solar panels were an obstacle, and I had to get them removed before any recommendations for the repair can be established. Tesla offered their uninstallation services for a fee, but I opted in not using them because they are the source of the problem. After I got the Solar panels removed, Marcos and his father came back out. They gave me a reasonable proposal and also recommended other work on the ridge of the roof that would make water drainage better and to prevent other damages to the roof. The work was scheduled a week after the proposal. Marcos kept me informed the entire time. On the day of the repair, I had to work and was not at home. Marcos and his team worked on the roof for 2-days and completed the work. They removed all debris and materials and my roof is leak free. Marcos and his Father are subject experts in this field and they professionally handle the visits, communication, and the entire process. They put customer concern at the highest priority. They communicated with me the entire time of the project. Best of all, they gave me a 10 year warranty on their work. I highly recommend this company for any residential work.
