This tire shop had me in and out so fast I barely had time to scroll my phone or regret ignoring my "low tire pressure" light for three weeks. The staff? Legends. Friendly, honest, and somehow didn't judge me for rolling in like my tires had been through a survival show. They explained everything in a way that made sense (even to someone who thinks "alignment" is a personality trait), and didn't try to upsell me into financial ruin. Prices were AMAZING, service was quick, and my car now drives so smoothly I'm suspicious it might be plotting something. If you need tires--or just want to feel like a responsible adult for once--this is the place to go. 10/10, would trust them with my questionable life decisions again. Don't come here if you have rims you care about. I had them mount two tires and they scraped up both rims pretty bad. Bad enough that I have to spend another $400 now to get both of them refinished. They have a bunch of signs inside that they're not responsible for damaging rims, maybe I should have taken that as a sign to go elsewhere. I've taken my car to many tire shops and no one has ever caused damage to my rims before. I don't know if it's a tooling issue or a skill issue here. I will say they're a small business and I appreciate the immediate, quick service and also how friendly they were. Just wished they were more careful. read more

I would leave no star if that was an option. Very upset with the quality of worksmanship that this tire shop offers. I made the mistake of getting tires from this place just today because of the good price that they offered to me. I should've went to another place that was actually more careful and more experienced on their job and paid the extra because it wouldve definitely been worth it. They installed my brand new tires on my 4 new rims and completely ruined one of them on the inside. All 4 of the rims have damage on them but I'm only posting the worst one. The customer service was the worst ever, 1 youngster changing a tire on a car took 35 minutes, no shade to sit down the wife, Comadre & kids inside the office so customers couldn't sit down, then the tire truck shows up the whole family goes outside sits down on the tire truck while we're waiting for a set of new tires they're sitting down talking, laughing holding baby in their hands UNBELIEVABLE so we get in our car and as we're driving away they said "BYE" like thank you we didn't want to work anyways attitude.... I bought and got new tires installed onto my car last April. My car is about to be 10 years old and what we've always done is change the lug bolts or nuts every ten years just for safety. I was trying to take them off with my breaker bar and they wouldn't budge. I took my car to my local mechanic and he used his impact to loosen my bolts. He then proceeds to let me know that four of the bolts were severely over tighten and some might even need re tapping. I got home and tried replacing them. When I got to the front passenger side wheel one of the bolts felt like it was being tighten as I was loosening it. That let me know that it was cross threaded. As I took it completely off I saw the bolt was basically melted in the end as seen in the picture. The two picture are just of one bolt but it's all the way around. You can also see there's metal shavings on the threads. I contacted the guy I talked to through Facebook and I was polite and not demanding. I was just trying to find a resolution where both parties are satisfied. His response was everyone uses impact guns. It's laughable how bad their customer service is. Obviously everyone uses an impact gun, but you have to thread them on by hand first to make sure they're not being cross threaded. He also accuses me of tampering lol. What would I get from messing with one lug bolt lmao. I wasn't even trying to get money or anything, just for them to fix what they destroyed. He then proceeds to block me lol. I did get a good deal on the tires as you can see on the receipt, but I guess you de get what you pay for. Maybe if you guys still decide to use their services just make sure to watch them when they're working on your car to ensure your car isn't "tampered" with. read more
