Kenni, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure you're fully informed. Her mechanic Michael is incredibly sharp -- he diagnosed and fixed an issue on my daughter's BMW that a "name brand" shop had written off as unrepairable. It runs perfectly now. The salesperson who helped me, Ian, recommended that I replace all four tires. I told him I understood I would eventually need tires and that I planned on purchasing them later. He then told me that I should buy the tires today because if I replaced them later, I would have to pay to have the alignment done all over again. That made me feel pressured to purchase four tires immediately instead of simply getting the alignment I came in for. Ian also advised against rotating the tires, saying they were already in the best positions based on their condition. Before leaving, I asked for the initial inspection report, because I wanted to see the tread-depth measurements that supported the recommendation to replace all four tires. I was told the information was included in the paperwork they gave me. After getting home and carefully reviewing all the paperwork, there are no tread-depth measurements for any of the four tires anywhere on the documents. If all four tires were inspected closely enough to recommend replacing them and to determine that they were already in their "best positions," I would expect actual tread-depth measurements to have been taken and documented--especially after I specifically asked for them. I'm not claiming that my tires will never need replacement. My concern is that four new tires are a significant expense, and I believe a recommendation to replace all four should be supported by actual tread measurements rather than sales pressure. The alignment service itself was completed, but the experience left me questioning whether the tire recommendation was based on an actual documented inspection or an attempt to sell me four tires I wasn't ready to purchase.

Amazing customer service every time!…read more Bought tires for my car about 2 years ago and was so pleased with the service that we have come back and gotten tires for 3 other vehicles! The service techs are always very nice and knowledgeable! I love that buying tires here comes with a warranty that allows you to come in for tire maintenance as needed. I've stopped by for a couple of low tire pressure issues and they patch up my tire at no extra cost! Do recommend making an appointment as it is much quicker than walking in and keep in mind Saturday is their busiest day!
