Gave this place three tries and unfortunately I really don't have anything good to say about it. Maybe that there is never a wait? Probably that's about it. My normal eyebrow threading place is in Lakewood and a drive. Sometimes when I'm in a rush, I try to find local places. And this so happens to be only 3 minutes away from my house. However, the quality of my eyebrows just doesn't come out nice. The same lady has helped me every single time. But she is also the only person I ever see there. Whenever she does my eyebrows, it's slow and very intense. Normally I don't think it's painful but here I literally feel every pluck. Wanna know why? Cos she is literally pulling off skin as well. I always walk away with cuts on my eyelids/brows from where she threaded. And the clean up on my shape isn't completely cleaned. I'm constantly asking if she could fix it. The first time, I don't know what happened, but I think I had an allergic reaction or something because my eyelid swelled up. That deterred me from going back for awhile but when I was in a rush, I thought I'd give them another shot. Point is, the lady is nice but definitely not my cup of tea. I'll stick to my 15 minute drive to get my brows threaded elsewhere. read more

Ima be real, don't come here. Been here a couple times but the results are inconsistent. Her thread always breaks, there's hella leftover hairs after, & for some reason she trims from the outer edge to inward; I've never had an eyebrow stylist do that before (it's always the other way) + it came out weird and uneven. First time I went to have my chin and upper lip done about 20 mins before closing. Since the place was empty, I figured she would take her time to make all the hairs were gone. About 3 people came in after me and she rushed through my threading. I kept having to point out pretty visible hairs on places she had already gone over. I was completely over it a left. Tried this place out for a second time and received the exact same results. I went around noon on a Saturday and she was just finishing up another person. Since no one came in after me, I figured she would again take her time to remove the hair. Again, I had to keep pointing out pretty visible hair on spots she had already gone over. Honestly I hate coming here I only do because I like my eyebrows threaded n not waxed. But EVERY TIME I GO it's the SAME lady and she does a horrible job I don't like leaving reviews but you'd think it'd get better but nooo. I wake up w scabs on my eyebrows. While she does them it hurts ! It never hurts! Stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded today, and I am so impressed. She is very meticulous with her threading which did cause it to take longer than my normal spots. But at the end she asked if I wanted aloe Vera, I said yes and she gave a really nice mini eyebrow massage with aloe Vera gell. I have never had someone do that before, and it really reduced the redness and sensitivity I normally have after getting my eyebrows threaded. I know where my new go-to place is! read more

I've been here twice and I'm not going back.The only reason I came here was because I was in the area and I really needed to get my brows done. This woman doesn't understand what the word even means. Then she has this smug attitude as if she thinks it's funny when the customer is upset. This woman gets irritated when you ask her to fix the mistakes she's made. Then she'll only do a little bit and think that's fixing it. On top of that she gave me an arch on my eyebrows when I didn't ask her to. The first time I came here and she gave me an arch I had to go home and fix it. Which was the reason why I didn't ask her for an arched eyebrow THIS TIME. She had the nerve to say she was done when one eyebrow was arched and the other one wasn't. My eyebrows were completely uneven!!!There was more hair on my right eye brow then there was on the left. When I asked her to fix it, instead of fixing my right eyebrow first she went to go thread my left one some more!!! I had to stop her and tell her again where the problem was. She wasn't putting an arch there she was about to pluck me bald. I had to talk to this woman too many times about what I wanted! I was finally done with this woman and went to go pay, she didn't even want to give me my receipt! I was finally on my way out the door when she got smart with me. The way she said bye let me know I needed to turn around and explain to her how uncouth she is.I have zero tolerance for disrespectful people. ZERO. I made her give me a full refund. You aren't gonna treat me with disrespect and think you're gonna keep MY money. That's not going to happen. I believe that this woman doesn't like black people. She'll take our money then treat us with disrespect. I've seen her do eyebrows for women of her own race and for white people, no problem. They look very nice. She has an issue with black women. The best thing for you to do is to not go here. She is extremely unprofessional and thinks everything is a joke. I really tried to give this place a second chance but I will not make that mistake again. I don't like playing games.This woman thinks screwing up people's eyebrows is a game. Got my eyebrows done the first time and I decided to come back again. Loved the results the first time and it's very convenient for me since I live down the street. Also she has a punch card for eyebrow threading. Get 9 done and 10th for free. It's only 5.99 for the eyebrows, it's inexpensive and results are great, well in my opinion.
