She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. Maya is incredibly professional, gentle, and precise. Every time she threads my brows, they come out perfectly shaped -- clean, natural, and never over-thinned. She always takes off just the right amount of hair to keep them full while still looking polished. Her facials are equally amazing. She has such a soothing touch, and my skin always feels refreshed, glowing, and deeply clean afterward. had an appointment for a light waxing before a pool party and booked in advance. When I arrived, the two women at the front desk looked visibly upset about my appointment and started talking to each other in their language. Then one of them turned to me and yelled--loudly enough to completely shock me. I turned around and left immediately. I reached out to the woman in charge afterward, but she did absolutely nothing about it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The place is dirty anyway. With so many options in Southern California, it can be hard to find the right place. I'm so glad I found Angels. I was nervous to try a new threading studio, but I was in great hands here. Two sisters working and both doing a very good job with shaping your eyebrows, not once for months now and never regretted coming to them. I also did a facial that is cleaning of my face. They dont have all the machines that fancy salons have but they do an amazing hand work which I prefer. I only did the facial once but will do it again. I will suggest some changes. read more

I have known Pragha since 2011 when I first started having my eyebrows threaded. She was working in an eyebrow salon owned by a proprietor and was working for salary supplemented by gratuities. After years of interacting with Pragha on a weekly or bi-monthly basis, I am proud to call her my friend. She is highly skilled at what she does. She is an honest and humble, unassuming family person and an all-around decent human being. Her dream has been to have her own salon. If you're looking for a new eyebrow place then look no more! This is the best place and I swear by it. I've gone here over 10+ times bc my brows always come out on point every time. It's hard for me to find a good threading salon because my left brow's arch is shaped kind of weird and I've only met a handful of threaders who know how to shape it square shaped. I'm really thankful to have found this place! Angel and everyone is so nice and friendly and the prices can't be beat. Angel and the other lady (forgot her name :( ) both do really good jobs. She has a lot of regulars for a reason. Parking is a bit hard to find sometimes but you won't regret coming! read more

It's not in me to write anyone a bad review, but when it comes to the face and eyebrows it's necessary. I'm super disappointed, she completely messed up not both of my eyebrows but one, which might be worse because now I have two VERY DIFFERENT eyebrows. I always know to tell them what I want before they start which is thick and square shape, she made one look semi decent but the other one there is barely anything there anymore and it has no shape at all. My eyebrows did not need that much done so I'm confused why she took it all off. Anyways won't go back:( read more

These ladies are wonderful. They were working at isalon on 7th & Redondo but now opened their spot because the other place closed down due to Covid. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for many years by them and am so happy I found them after trying 4 different places in LB that left me with cuts on brows. These ladies take their time and are very sweet and polite. Parking may be difficult but they are worth it. read more

Great Places with decent low prices. At first I was a bit apprehensive because my 1 st experience with threading at another facility was unpleasant but after meeting the lady at Angel's thread and talking to her she assured me it was not painful, to my surprise she was absolutely correct. She made it a very pleasant experience and I have been coming back to her ever since. She's very mindful of your comfort and well-being at all times and as I said her prices are dirt cheap.
