They also have a large selection of other Halloween related merchandise. There are signs that all sales are final, and it makes sense to avoid people returning stuff after Halloween. The store is a pop up, so don't expect fancy decorations and polish. I am giving them 4 stars simply because they have items in stock and made my little guy happy!

I called the store, the manager gave me some cockamaymee story about how I had to select the store online when i purchased. I looked at my purchase order and it had that store on it. He also told me there were 7 of these devices in stock. Then my order was cancelled! I called headquarters and a nice woman who I struggled to understand set me up on an order again. After I got the confirmation email, she billed me 35 dollars over the price I originally paid. I called headquarters again, they said my situation had to be escalated. I was like escaleated? what does that mean? She said, someone will be emailing from up above. I said ok. Later that day, the animatronic was not delivered. I called again, headquarters gave me a nonesense story that my credit card was denied, it was an American Express and I have 820 credit score. I will never buy another item from this company again. Not even a balloon....
