The entire time I shop at anthropology, not only one sales associate, but several seems to surround me and small Conversation what if we made it even difficult for me to pick my items and look through selections I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted. I hope this is not the policy of this company, and lI definitely will be reaching out to corporate and I hope that they come down and re-engineer the customer service practice at the store location . It was very obvious and offensive or that I was made to feel like a thief or someone that was unwanted in the store. You should be ashamed and I don't think that I will be spending my money there and I've definitely spread the word to have no one none of my friends and family or anyone else that I know to spend their money there. I've also known the owner for years - she is a kind, respectable person who truly cares about her customers. However, over the past year or two, I've noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. It's too bad, because the clothes themselves are cute - but the experience has become so unpleasant that I will be taking this place off my list of places to shop.

Cutest jump suit In my head I believed tandy girl was geared mostly to tweens and teenagers but it's for young adults as well , I wanted to buy everything in the store. They even had a Barbie section and my inner younger self was squeeling The decor is beautiful. I of course took photos of everything !! Posting the dress I wanted however it was the last one and too small :/
