I had no problem with the person or service the second time but was disappointed because I paid over $120 the first time and then they charged me again the second time when good business would have been to comp that service, particularly since the client was burned and could have easily had a liability suit on their hands. I got the eyebrow tint and wax service and she talked me through each step as she was doing it. Made sure to ask what color I wanted and didn't assume anything. I was nervous for tinting because I've seen them start out dark on day one but she reassured me that her tint was only to the hairs and not onto the skin. She was correct!
