If I could assign ZERO STARS, I would, for what was a first and final visit to this establishment…read more I made an appointment for an 11am Mani/Pedi on Saturday and walked out at 11:58 with only wet feet to show for my wasted time. There was no acknowledgement by any of the staff upon my entry but a cacophony of "Hellos", "How are you"s and "What service can we offer" when a woman devoid of melanin entered at 11:20...Hmmm. The greeting was noticeably skewed and I noted at that point every customer save one, embodied the various shades of the African Diaspora including the only waiting patron, sitting with me at the lobby entrance. She called out to the manager/owner with whom she seemed familiar, and told her that I had an appointment and no one had spoken to me since I arrived. The manager/owner rushed over... asked what I was having done...never requested my name nor consulted her appointment book...I'm sure the conversations by phone were only lip service to get me to their door...SMH with disgust. I was walked over to a pedicure chair and I turned on a manual massage setting to relax and lower my blood pressure. An older gentleman came over and switched my massage mode to a higher setting without my request or consent, then started to place the liner in the foot-bath with no dialogue nor consideration for my comfort level. He indicated that I should test the water temp and place my feet in the filled unit then walked away. After 10 minutes I removed my feet as no one was headed my way to begin the treatments. 20 minutes later I noticed that the person who had entered after me with the fanfare was being attended to, without a prior appointment, plus someone who had come in after me seemed scheduled to be next and my query re when I would be seen did not bear a response that was intelligible. I asked for a towel to dry my feet thoroughly and left. Never to return. Do not give your time and hard earned money to those who do not value you. There are too many places from which to choose that provide decent, respectful courtesy to allow disregard to reign.

I just know that Lynn and her team have always provided me with excellent service (I'm a long time customer! I travel from Henry county to PTC to see her)! She knows her business and has been doing it for a long time. I recall when I initially came to the salon, I had no idea what I wanted done. She listened to me rant about what I needed (which probably didn't make sense lol), but eventually she offered a service, and I said okay, I'll try it!!!! I've been using their SNS service since!! It's my favourite!! My nails continue to stay healthy and strong!!! The salon provides more than just nail services, manicures, and pedicures! I enjoy having my brows waxed too!! One thing to remember, they go by appointment only! Frankly I love that I can schedule appointments in advance! They'll work with you even if it's last minute (as long as they have availability). When I was 9 months pregnant and miserable, she let my lie down on her massage table and crash while my mom got her nails done. If I lived in the area, I'd go back and ask for a free polish change but I don't and so now I'm just out $55 plus tip and will have to spend another $20ish plus tip to get my polish changed so that it doesn't look awful. I went in for a mani pedi gel with cat eye polish. I had an appointment but still waited at least…read more30 min for my nail tech. Total service took 2 hours. Everyone was polite and professional, I loved my nails. It was $15 extra for the cat eye polish (so $30 extra including toes). I don't Tennessee specific prices for my mani pedi. Total was $120 and I gave a $20 tip, so $140. I'm from California and this is the most I've ever paid for a mani pedi. My nails started chipping at day 5. I went back on about day 10 and got them fixed. They repolished only the chipped nails (5/10 fingers) and the rest started chipping the next day. My gel polish normally lasts 3weeks at least and never chips. I won't be returning to this place.
