It is a catch and release private lake so if you are from out of state you don't need a fishing license. It is a full hookup park 20/30/50 amp, wifi, water and sewer. The spots are gravel and very level. They have pull thru and back in spots that accommodate large RV,s. Each has a grassy area and picnic table and fire ring. There are bathrooms with showers and a laundry room. Also there are canoe rentals, games and a lot of stuff just to do here in this park!! The camp hosts are absolutely amazing Heidi and James. James checked us in lead us to our spot, gave us all the info about the campground and a little about the area and some literature about what to do in the area. We camped in a 37' 5th wheel and ended up staying longer than we planned because we really liked the place.

The fully stocked bar has whatever you may like to include some house specialties that are not to miss. The owners are very friendly and accomodating and are just genuinely nice folks to talk with. Spirit Lake is one of those beautiful places tucked away as a hidden gem. If you need a RV spot this is certainly a go to. We are sure to be back.

My Wife and I are full-time RV'ers and we've always avoided RV parks because of price gouging;…read moresandwiching in the RV's like government housing; ugly or poorly maintained facilities...but this last week of June, 2021, a dangerous heat-wave has invaded middle-America, including Northeast Washington. The days spent in our RV boon-docking in the high-90's-low 100's was working our generator in overtime mode and making life a little miserable outside with the angry flies and mosquitoes attacking sweaty bodies. We were in Colville, WA doing our shopping and wondering where we would spend the night in these horrible temperatures...my Wife did her research via Google and found a highly rated RV Park in Ione, WA, "Cedar RV Park"...I thought...here we go, another rip-off of the RV community, but Mom was very impressed by Dan, owner and operator of the Cedar RV Park as they spoke on the phone. If we decided to stay for two-or-three nights, that would be our first RV Park experience since RV life became our way of life. Dan assured us we would be taken care of and he provided directions to his facility. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the clean, well organized, fully equipped, RV Park and Dan, his Wife, were the first to meet and greet us. Dan introduced himself and told me that he would walk over to our parking site (#15) and assist us in setting-up. I followed Dan over to our temporary home and I was immediately impressed by the level concrete pad with full RV-hook-ups right where they belong; in fact, there were a number of nice, clean, concrete pads designed to accommodate various RV sizes. Grass and gravel sites were also available. I then walked with Dan to the office and completed the necessary paperwork for our stay...Dan is an incredibly nice and easy going individual. I even purchased a water pressure reducing valve from his store; this valve is designed to protect my RV's piping from high water pressure. The RV sites on my side of the Park are spaced approximately 20-ft apart with clean gravel covering the soil in between...NO sandwiching here. The Cedar RV Park also provides a clean, well maintained, laundromat (my Wife was very impressed); large showers; trash dumpsters; a small store for those things you forgot to pack + ice cream and two-high pressure wash bays tall enough for those Class A monsters. There is also a short walking trail in the woods at the rear of the RV Park...a great place to walk your pets. Just down the street, Hwy 31, my Wife and I walked our dogs to the historic site of "Concrete, Washington." Dan also honored my veterans and retired law enforcement status with a discount on fees. I asked Dan to also add the fee for filling my fresh water tank before I left the facility...Dan said that filling my tank was included in the cost. In closing...the Cedar RV Park and Car Wash in Ione, WA will be the standard by which all other RV Parks are judged by my Wife and I from here on out...I think we've begun with one of the best...it will be difficult to find a nicer and more welcoming RV Park than Cedar RV in Ione, Washington. Our pets also approve.

I have been to this resort every single season of the year, and every single season has something to offer. The wild life are amazing. The owner goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was especially impressed with what this resort had to offer. There is something for everyone: vacation rentals, RV parking, and campsites. The best part was that I was able to bring my horses. There was an outdoor arena, trails, and much more. I never had to worry about anything. She was the expert on site when I had an issue with my horse. It was real simple and we got it figured out. You can easily pull the boat up hop out sit down and have a quick or slow meal, they let you take it at your pace here. They have a full bar and the bartender puts out a good pour. Down side on the drinks is that prices are a little high for the area, but with the view who can complain. I have had the calamari and buffalo shrimp appetizers and they were very well prepared. They have several choices of fries and I would recommend them all, especially the sweet potato fries. I have had the black and tan fish and chips and it rocks. The batter is a welcome change from the usual. I have also tried their grilled Cesar salad and it is unique and quite tasty. Do yourself a favor, get on a boat and take a slow cruise down the Pend O'reille river and stop at Trinity at Willow bay. Sit back have a cocktail, listen to some music and let the day slip away.

In order to navigate the park it requires coming in and out of the check point. Even after you have checked in, received your vehicle tag, if there are 20 cars in front of you, you must wait patiently in line once again. I did not know this (a new rule) and made my way around the lazy traffic to get to the boat dock after unloading my vehicle (parking is horrid). Next thing you know, I'm being chased down by a large Tractor! Literally a front loader with a bucket full of dirt. This maintance guy was insane. As I pulled into a parking spot at the boat launch he screamed in behind me, bloxking me in as if a criminal. Then, he unloads his bucket, 1 ton of dirt behind my truck and proceeds to challenge me to a dual. I have never been i sulted, humiliated and intimidated to such a degree at a campsite. I don't believe they are doing mental welfare checks on their employees at this camp. My family's stay wasnuch shorter, even though the views are beautifil. Also during this trip they were on a manhunt for a killer! Helicopters, military, unmarked cars. I kid you not. Welcome to Idaho

The camp hosts who also ran the small store were very sweet. Our power went out during a wind storm and the host and rangers checked up on us and kept us informed on what was going on.
