Luis was incredibly thorough - he made sure that after I tried on each item of clothing and agreed on where to take in, that I was comfortable with the new sizing. He discussed the pricing on each garment UP FRONT and had all 7 items ready for me within a week (corduroy blazer from boden, tartan skirt from saint & sophia, number of jeans from j. crew/banana republic etc). When I came to pick them up, I tried every item on and they fit as expected! I was so delighted with the work that I just returned from my second drop off of 5 pairs of jeans, corduroy holiday pants and a dress.
