They were reasonable, quick, and convenient...a combination that was working perfectly for me. Then I made a terrible mistake, I bought the most beautiful dark green Ralph Lauren shirt dress. I'm sure all of the ladies out there can understand how difficult it is to find a shirt dress that fits perfectly, honestly this was the most amazing fitting work dress I have ever bought. I wore it twice, both times being overwhelmed with compliments, then it was time for the cleaners. There were no stains, deoderant marks, or anything else on the dress it just needed to be cleaned and pressed. I dropped it off at Ruby along with some of my husband's button downs, I picked it up and it looked fine. When I got home I opened it up and honestly the arm pits and surrounding areas were a disgusting yellow white! They had been BLEACHED!! Now, there were no stains, deoderant, nothing in the armpits when I brought it to them. I brought the dress back to them and they refused to do absolutely anything for me. They said that it was MY fault because "My body reacted to their cleaners, Not their problem!" What? The owner was beyond rude and insisted that my body's chemicals reacted badly to their cleaners, it had nothing to do with them, it was "my body" and therefore my fault. So I am left with a ruined $150 dress that I only got to wear twice! There is no way that anyone could ever wear it and the fact that they were rude and took no responsibility was just beyond infuriating. Stay away from Ruby Laundry at all costs, there are plenty of lovely dry cleaners in the area that won't ruin your clothes and then blame your body for it.

When I came to pick them up, I tried every item on and they fit as expected! I was so delighted with the work that I just returned from my second drop off of 5 pairs of jeans, corduroy holiday pants and a dress. The hem, stitching was perfect. No puckering, no pulling, hem was even, looks like I bought it that way. Then I took a top long in back to have the back update to same length as the front. It was perfect. Hem was even, no folds in the hem, perfect. A few weeks ago I finally took a really old jacket over 20 years old, that had also sat in my closet around an additional 10, thinking I could replace the cuffs myself. I couldn't believe how good the repair looks, like new! They didn't even measure my wrist, just followed the original sizing of the frayed tattered cuff. Just perfect. I recommend having all alterations done here.
