If i'm not sure on a color or design, they are able to help, and know their inventory and colors so well that they will even mix colors to make one that I'm describing. The skill of each of them is phenomenal and I always leave happy. They take my tips off while I get a pedicure so my cost is efficient and relaxing. Their prices are quite reasonable. I was pretty bummed that despite making an appointment we weren't able to sit next to each other. We were hoping to catch up but didn't have that chance. I showed my tech a photo of what I wanted, a chrome white nail was my goal. They didn't have chrome- which is no big deal, but what they recommended was not at all close and they told me that it would be an extra $15. I passed on what they wanted. My friend was able to get a full set before I was half way down with my gel. I'm pretty sure I counted about 9 layers of polish that went on. My nails were so thick by the end of it, and I had been nicked twice. The blood stayed under the polish for the entire month that I had my nails on. I can't say that I would return. I'm bummed that we were rushed to pick colors, that we didn't get to sit next to each other, that I was nicked, and that my gel took so long. Finding a nail salon is hard, with it being so busy it's clear that people like coming here. Maybe it was the person I got?

My feet are put through torture (winter marathon training outdoors and high heels and breaking in new booties)...and I don't believe in socks... so Michelle works her wonders and in an hour, I have brand new, soft, pain-free, callous-free feet. When it says 70 minutes it was the full 70 minutes. The stones were the perfect temperature and Laura frequently checked to see if the pressure and the temperature were good. The pedicure was especially FABULOUS! She used a "foot masque" after the sea salt treatment (which rocked!) and wrapped each of my feet in hot steamy towels. She had one of the best foot massage techniques I've ever experienced... wow! My gel manicure was equally well-done. I sincerely received far more than I expected, and I highly recommend this place. Their regular prices are so reasonable, especially since cheaper shops upcharge you for the little extras that are included in their standard pricing. Check it out, you will have no regrets :-)
