I'm usually a person who likes to save money by doing my nails myself, but am definitely willing to splurge here!! I don't visit nail salons very often. I was looking for a gel pedicure before I left for vacation and was able to schedule a same day appointment within an hour. There's a large parking lot and a Caribou Coffee right next door if you want a sweet treat during your appointment! Lisa was so kind and made me feel at ease. I am more of an introvert and getting any type of beauty service done can be intimidating, but I loved my experience. Her shop is also very clean and service is very efficient. My appointment took ~30 min! Her pricing is very affordable, I got a basic pedicure for $40 + $15 gel add on. This was the first time I've gotten a pedicure in years but might consider getting them more regularly with Lisa! I will definitely be recommending Lisa to everyone I know (: read more

Okay, how often do you see this high of ratings for nail salons?! We had been to V Nails in Hopkins and thought it may be the same owner, so decided to check this spot out. Different owners, but the same awesome service! We booked a reservation beforehand for basic pedicures and they were ready for us right when we arrived. Lisa and her team greeted us warmly, didn't try to upsell us, and did an excellent job. We chatted with them for most of it and had a lovely conversation about their fav food spots in the area and our upcoming trip. I was blown away with how amazing mani-pedi turned out! Gao did my nails and it's been over a week and it still looks AMAZING! I maybe get my nails done once or twice a year...and all previous places I've gone, I've been disappointed, always overpriced and unsatisfied with the results. I've been here 3 times now. Each time I've been here, Lisa has done such an amazing job. I don't get my nails done very often because every nail tech I've gone too has been too rough with my nails and I feel like they don't have passion for the work they do. I can tell the difference with Lisa. She always asks if I'm ok, if everything feels fine, takes her time, really gentle with my nails, and talks passionately about her work. She makes me feel really comfortable and I'm happy to say I will be a regular there. read more

Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I stopped in on a weeknight with one of my friends for a pedicure and we both were talked into getting a manicure from one of the technicians. From the time we arrived, to the time we left, it ended up being over two hours we had spent in the salon. I'm not sure I ever remember an experience where it took so long any other time we have gotten our nails done anywhere else. To top it off, my cuticles were cut so badly on one of my nails, it wouldn't stop bleeding and ended up becoming infected. Not a great experience. There are better options out there! read more

The Salon was suppose to open at 10am but no one was there to open the doors until 10:15am and by then there were 6 clients already waiting. I spent 2 1/2 hours in the salon and all I wanted was a manicure and my 8 year old was just getting her finger nails and toes polished. The owner didn't even show up until 11:15 and had me sitting in her chair and she walked away without saying anything. 30min went by before she even came to start my service. She had a nasty attitude with clients as well as her workers. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! Horrible service and customer service. read more
