I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn other pet owners about my experience at this grooming business. After my dog's appointment here, he developed a serious skin issue and was suddenly covered in fleas. He had never experienced anything like this before, and the timing makes me strongly believe he was exposed to something during or immediately after the grooming visit. It became so severe that it contributed to a major decline in his health, and it has been heartbreaking for our family. When I arrived at the groomer, I already had concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. After seeing what my dog went through, I truly believe the environment may not be properly maintained. This experience caused my dog a great deal of pain and suffering. I'm sharing this so other pet owners can be aware and make informed decisions before bringing their pets here. i had texted ruby about making an appointment for my dog and she said she would be able to give a service on monday at 3:30. although she is closed by 3pm she made the acceptation to still book me. i wanted to be on time to this appointment so i left work early. i also texted her around 2pm to confirm the appointment... no text back. (i still had hope that she would call or text) it was now 3:30, i called her phone... no answer. its now wednesday as i am writing this and she never texted back to apologize about her mishandling of this situation. i am sad that this happen. i really do like her business and never had issues with her or any of the stylist but i will never not be coming back!!! read more

I texted Ruby to request a Saturday appointment, and they were fully booked. She had a cancellation and notified me to confirm I could make it at 12 pm. She answered my questions, and we decided on my cat Squeak getting a flea bath, deshedding, and nail trim. I dropped her off and went back to pick her up at 3 pm. She was clean and happy and the staff was wonderful. They let me know that to not stress her out, they did not shave her fur this time, but could try on her next appointment. She was well behaved and did not cause them any trouble. I will definitely take her back and am so glad that they service both cats and dogs. read more

I hope this helps customers June 24, 2023 (11am appointment) So the main reason why I even decided to come here was the reviews I really got fooled by reviews ... but I was wrong for trading my trusted personal groomer never again will I be coming here again I do not recommend to start I'm am very disappointed with how things were handled if I could give negative stars I would I asked for my yorkie-poo 10lbs (Yorkiepoos weigh around 4-15 lbs) (she said it was going to be more $ since he's a medium dog *medium dogs are over 23/25lbs* and on her wall it clearly says 25lbs or less $45 *RED FLAG* ) so I asked for him to be slightly trimmed reason why I took care of his long fluffy hair avoiding matting so his personal and trusted groomer had previously gave him an Asian fusion haircut and all I wanted done was a clean up / slight trim on legs specifically half of the hair on his legs I never once said anything shorter or a summer cut especially his TAIL .. I was disappointed right when I saw him I felt bad in saying anything since she was so happy in giving him to me but I had nothing to say I had to leave for work and I communicated about the situation since I didn't have time to confront it .. the excuse was it was too loud so since it was too loud like you stated then you didn't hear me at all in the small salon but I would have WISHED to receive a message to ensure exactly what I wanted.As a client with years of customer service/business manager I always have enforced policies so when the time came and I obviously wasn't happy about what my pets hair being EXTREMELY SHORT especially the private area and to top it of I asked for a PARTIAL REFUND I NEVER ONCE REVIEWED OR EVEN RECEIVED A POLICY OR ASKED IF I NEW ABOUT THE POLICY I NEVER SENT A DEPOSIT FOR THE APPOINTMENT that I booked 2 weeks prior didn't get a refund or even partial for the damages made never offered alternatives to better the situation instead received a nicely rude message saying if I didn't like it was a personal matter basically saying my opinion didn't matter so what I said for her to do didn't matter and she went of from what she assumed... no refund no nothing but I can go back to fix something she can't what you can you fix when your dog doesn't even have 3 inches of hair nothing so i responded with a few tips and said thank you for trying but I am not pleased with what I received. Hope this helps others find places better than this. clearly even after the response didn't even bother to ask through messages for reassurance regarding me (client) wanted.. damage is already made I hope nobody else goes through this .. I'm going to talk about the positive first her establishment is clean and economical however it is very hard to get in contact with her over the phone she request only text so it's hard to determine availability. When given directions she has different interpretations on length size, give her shaving sizes be very specific. The reason I'm giving her a two star review is because she did nick my dogs genital area and left it irritated so I had to take her to the vet and get her on meds so that's another bill the other reasons are the misunderstanding of length and third she was on her phone talk to her friend/family when attending my pet. In hindsight I should have known better but again the establishment was clean and economical and was my first time there. read more
