However, the quality more than makes up for the extra time. You can really taste the freshness and care that goes into each dish. My friend ordered the huevos rancheros and thoroughly enjoyed her meal as well. The portions are generous, and we both left feeling full and satisfied. Kopitos is tucked away in downtown Newberg, making it a fun little hidden gem. I noticed they advertise live music, so it's probably a great spot to visit in the late afternoon or evening. They also have plenty of outdoor seating, which would be perfect on a warm, sunny day. There is limited parking in front of the restaurant, but street parking is available nearby. I highly recommend Kopitos if you're in or around the Newberg area. Fresh, flavorful food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere make it well worth a visit!

They ended up being *so* spicy -- much more than I was expecting, and honestly hard for me to eat. The woman running things was friendly and I didn't wait long for my pizza to be boxed up. The truck is cool and it's fun to support a local business. I got a Hawaiian slice, and it was pretty good. My only reason for knocking it down a star is because the price/quality/quantity combo seemed to be a bit off. It was 8.50 for the slice, which is a quarter of the size of their normal pizza. It felt a little more expensive than it should have been, or it needed to be a bigger slice. All in all though, I'll probably come back at some point to grab a whole pizza and check out a different kind.

The handmade tortillas are amazing, the chicken for the tacos are perfectly seasoned and moist not try like a lot of other places. The owner Leslie and her mother who does most the cooking are such sweethearts. Always a big smile of their faces when you order or when I drive by and see them helping other customers. I am sad that some neighbors complained about their location and now they have to move.
