Worst tortilla soup I've tried. Couldn't find the tortilla, no flavor and a lot of bell peppers.

I have never left a bad review at a restaurant but this is probably one of the worst places I've been to. Tortilla soup tasted like bell peppers and that was about it. No flavor. We left almost the whole plate and no one bothered to ask if everything was ok with it so we still payed for it. The margarita tasted like Lemonade. We were scared to even order anything else. Don't waste your money here

Not great.... Disappointed. Good took forever, I think they may have messed up the order. Cadillac margarita was underwhelming. Finished it before the food came (30 min) and and wasn't asked if I wanted another.. didn't. Carne asada just underwhelming. Meet was overcooked and just not a great entre. 2 fries mixed in with the sautéed veggies...?

This is a nice Mexican restaurant. Service is good and the food is about what you would expect. I wouldn't say it's gourmet but did seem reasonably fresh and well prepared. We ate there on their lunch special, and the value was good. They have a lot of choices on the lunch menu and are able to customize things. They served a nice little desert that was automatically included in the meal. Overall, the dine-in wasn't too busy. The place was about half full and we were able to get right in. This is a place that will be fun to drop by every so often.

    Awesome little dessert .

Wow is an understatement this place has a warm atmosphere with the smell of food in the air once you step in. Everyone is pleasant and attentive. I recommend this place . It maybe the little gem that Newberg needs to get us back to some normalcy. Highly recommend I had the chili verde it was so good I didn't waste time taking a picture . You gotta try it out .

My taco salad was the smallest one I've ever had. It was pretty basic.

My friends and I weren't that impressed. Their margaritas were in small mason jars and my taco salad was very small, nothing special about it.

This was desserts they gave us after our meal ! (Complements of LA SIERRA )

Bc she is a somm, I told her I had a question about a wine... with a nasty attitude she told me to ask someone else. WTH? I did absolutely nothing to this woman. I was in complete shock. Needless to say, we never went back and it's now been 4 YEARS. But now that they're finally selling, we just might give the place another shot. Looking forward to the new, and hopefully not petty, ownership! And yes, I agree, the food wasn't great either. I was just giving them time since they were new and trying to be nice to what I thought were new friends. One of the weirdest experiences ever.

Well first the pizzas are an average $30-$40 for a 12" or 16". We don't mind paying a premium if the product matches. This wasn't the case. They advertise wood fire pizzas, that's not what we received. On the way out I looked into the kitchen. I could only see the normal pizza ovens. The pizza did not have the classic bubbling and slightly burned spots as a wood fired pizza has. The pizza we rated at a 6 and that's a generous number. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza. Well I thought I ordered it with chicken ? I rejoiced when I found one lonely strip of flavorless chicken, the pizza was not crisp , loads of sauce and a bit on the sweet side. Usually if there any leftovers, I will take it home. This time , I forced myself to eat what I could and left the rest. Two others in our group had similar experiences. One of our party ordered a sandwich, we believe the salt shaker cap must of came off because all she could taste was salt. The good which is what pushed the rating to a 3 star. Is the customer service. My friend is handicapped and they were very accommodating to him. The beer was nice and cold. Doubtful we will back. There is a house down the road with better pizza

When we came by, they had live music, and initially had the garage door open (it was closed as the evening got cooler). Prices were high for taqueria -- but this is an upscale alternative, and certainly not expensive relative to the sit-down restaurants nearby. But, don't go thinking it'll be a quick street taco experience -- it's a full restaurant. I had the street tacos. I would have gone 5-star, except I made the mistake of asking for the green salsa, and putting it all over the tacos. They ended up being *so* spicy -- much more than I was expecting, and honestly hard for me to eat. Obviously my fault for not testing the waters carefully -- but it did affect my enjoyment of the evening. Just be forewarned!
