Then we had windows & siding installed in our house, that was a total mess. They used a non licensed contractor (owner's brother-in-law & his brother) windows are more drafty than the ones they replaced. Installed in September of 2005? started complaining that December of drafts, they came out every winter after that assuring us the windows were installed correctly. Finally we had Unique come out to inspect, they found major problems. ABP's insurance settle for damages but not for installation problems, ABP finally settled for a minor amount of what we paid in 2015 saying we had use of the windows all that time, even though we complained every year. The siding was installed from the top down instead of the bottom up, there is no starter plate on the bottom, owner said "if you look at your neighbor's siding you will see the same thing" WRONG!!! The main problem I have with this company other than the above is that the owner's are friends of my parents & if they can treat us this way how will they treat others.

Even though they are located in Indy, they were willing to deliver the tables to our venue in Greenfield. They have been flexible with last minute changes for us. Last year, we needed extra tables and the crew went back to Indy and delivered the additional tables. The prices for the tables are a tad less than local supplier in Greenfield. The tables are sturdy and serve the purpose that we need. Some of the table tops were a little ugly, but we cover them anyway. Delivery was on time but we had to be flexible with their pickup schedule. We will continue to order the tables from them and highly recommend.

The structure was painted when first installed and paint was reapplied the second year. We were getting ready to paint this year when we noticed the rotting wood. The paint application looked good but just wanted to apply a new coat. I have made several attempts to contact this company and have received no response. I was told by a former salesperson for this company that this is typical for this company. I strongly encourage you not to buy your pergolas from this company. They do n ot stand behind their work and their products are inferior. The wood they use is air dried not kiln dried and that makes a big difference. STONE & PAVER OUTDOOR LIVING…read more We were wanting to remove our treated wood deck with some nice pavers and a fire pit. Our first step was to obtain a few estimates to get a feel of the cost. One was at $45 a foot, another sent out a nice friendly lady that provided a drawing and details of the cost, the third was from Stone & Paver Outdoor Living, (owner) Clay Marmion. Clay came out himself and he too provided a detailed drawing and estimate. His estimate was $5000 less than the well known paver company's earlier estimate. One of the reasons for the lower cost is Clay and his two partners do all the work and have no overhead. When we went to the paver company to select our pavers we asked the salesperson if she was familiar with Clay. She gave him high praise saying, "I would trust Clay with my children." Clay and his two partners are hard working guys that did an exceptional job. They kept the work site clean and neat, always properly securing their equipment at the end of each day and they never left any gravel or sand sitting in the street overnight. They worked daily until the job was completed. We were so pleased with their work that we also had them remove all the landscaping mulch and replace with decorative rocks.
