Its also a great way to constantly see the latest inventory without having to go in every week. Since their expansion, they seem to carry more of a variety that can flatter any figure or age. You can count on them to have the latest and greatest and at reasonable prices. They even carry locally themed baby clothes too! Shoes, jewelry, casual, dressy, babies-its a one stop shop which for a busy mom like myself is AWESOME.

If that's their policy ok, that's not her fault, but now I understand why loft and many other retailers are closing hundreds of their brick and mortar stores across the country. PLEASE do your stores a favor and stop competing with your own web sales.

Lots of the same styles, so not a ton of variety there. One thing that really stood out was the shoe section, especially if you're a size 10. There was a very large selection, which isn't always easy to find. Overall, a solid stop if you're looking for quality denim and shoes, but also know that it's Nordstrom Rack so options will always vary.

I recently purchased a dress online and had it delivered to the store for pickup. I was not notified when the dress arrived, so by the time I went to pick it up approximately two weeks later, I discovered that the dress had a hole in it. I was extremely disappointed to then be made to feel as though I should somehow be responsible for an item that was damaged before I ever took possession of it. What bothered me even more was the response I received when I called the store manager to address the situation. I was told, "It was a cheap dress anyway." Regardless of the price of an item, that is an incredibly dismissive and unprofessional way to speak to a customer--especially a loyal customer who has supported this boutique many times. The issue is not simply the cost of the dress. It is about customer service, accountability, and how a customer is treated when there is a problem. I expected the store to stand behind the merchandise it sold and handle the situation professionally. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed the way I feel about shopping here. A loyal customer should never be made to feel that their purchase or concern does not matter simply because someone considers the item "cheap."
