Finally, someone said the "watch guy" had them, was repairing them and they'd let me know when they were done. TODAY IS JUNE 3rd and I still had not heard back from them, so I CALLED THEM AGAIN. Come to find out, the repaired watches are there ready for pick up, but no one knows when they arrived.

This issue was never resolved. Through the entire process I have had to be the one to reach out, they have never once followed up with us, nor did they come up with a solution or a credit back.
