The girl working the returns DID talk on her personal phone the entire time, but I don't think that's a reflection on Kohl's. I immediately found the Samsonite luggage, but there was a security tag on the zipper preventing my inspection. I sought out a Kohl's employee to assist with the Samsonite luggage inspection. The Kohl's employee escorted me to a cashier who removed the security tag. I inspected the Samsonite luggage and found it acceptable to purchase. I then got on the Kohl's checkout line. Please note Kohl's checkout line was long, but it is worth it for the savings. I was honored to have Kohl's employee: Jennifer B. as my cashier. Jennifer B. offered me to sign up for Kohl's credit card to receive additional discounts. I declined Kohl's credit card offer. I received the sixty percent (60%) for the Samsonite luggage purchase. My friend checked out at another register and received an additional Kohl's discount due to a family members' account. Jennifer B. was made aware of the additional discount and escorted me to Kohl's Customer Service. Jennifer B. requested my friends' family member account information and applied it to my recent purchase. I received an additional discount on my Samsonite luggage purchase.
