They claimed my cats caused the damage when it was very obviously directly in the doorway and was because the door was rubbing on the floor. I'm sure they didn't repair the door so it will just happen again. Not to mention the carpet was over 10 years old. In sorting this out KOS went radio silent for 4 months only to reach out again to try to get the money out of me. After refusing to pay because it should have fallen under normal wear and tear and the carpet was over 10 years old and therefore fully depreciated, they threatened to send it to collections. They made things up to take more from it. The staff is incredibly rude. They send out nasty mass text messages constantly, complaining about everything. Teresa will seem very thorough during your application process but don't let that fool you, she's very particular for her benefit only, not yours. She's rude and unprofessional, and any interaction you might have with her subsequent to moving in is guaranteed to be unpleasant at best.. don't expect any improvements to the shabby apartments, they won't be very clean when you move in (although she thinks she does an amazing job), and if you have any issues with your apt during your stay expect her to be absolutely nasty toward you as if you caused the problem for her. I have also seen roaches here but proving so is difficult since they're fast and hide in an instant when the lights go on. There's a word for these types of people : slumlords. Move in only as an absolute last resort.

They r great, u get a lot of room, u can call day or night and they come in a reasonable time if there is a problem. For example, my fridge stopped working I called at 8 am and by 10 am I had a brand new fridge. And it was a Sunday. I recommend the Holmgren Way apartments to anyone. I just want to add they have a great maintenance man that is always in a good mood and friendly. And the office personal always ask how u r and have smiles on there faces.
