I then had to wait to schedule this until the injection was approved by Moda. Moda approved Efflexa, a certain brand, but this place doesn't have it. So I had to do the work to call Moda, and even the pharmacy where the injection comes from called me, before I got an approval letter for it. ROC said that they don't carry what was approved. What??????!!! Even Moda was confused. I'm just going to go to another orthopedic. I can't even call to talk to someone. Whoever replies to the texts lacks customer service. It has been about two weeks since I was there!! So Moda said to try someone else. Funny, they mentioned to me that ROC advertised Euflexxa. Tell your employees then. And, to further complicate the situation you only have 3 days to get a change of prescription as he doesn't write them on Fri. Sat. or Sun. And, he's in surgery all day Thursday. So I have been suffering greatly because he's more concerned about his license than his patients.

They are apparently aware of the massive soil stains on the carpet as they had signs taped to the counters reading "We apopogize for the stained carpet". Bizarre and gross. An MA was sent in after I was examined by the PA, on her own, to wrap up my fractured arm. She was rushed and obviously she did not know what to do, and when she started to do the wrap it was unlike anything I had ever seen. I asked fot the PA to do the wrap instead, and her response was that he was in another room and that she 'did it all the time". The PA randomly walked in and I asked if this was what he told her to do. He looked suprised, took over and redid the wrap in a completely different way. I left feeling horrible in many ways.
