Over time, our marginally wet cinder block basement had become a more consistent problem. Because of a high water table and grading issues outside of our control, Bob recommended both sealant on the problem wall and a sump pump. At no point did we feel like Bob was pushing work that wasn't needed. He gave us his opinions on the possible solutions and supported our choices. We felt the cost was reasonable for the level and quality of work done. The work was completed in two days. The end product looks great. Bone dry so far, despite 3.5" of rain over two days. Really nice guys who did the work. Didn't skimp in any way. In fact, they extended the sump drainage exit significantly farther than required to keep water well away from foundation.
