Carlos does an amazing job with my senior dog, Louie - who has a complicated medical history. Finding a groomer I can fully trust with my dog's comfort and safety means everything to me, and Carlos & Brian make that happen. Communication is another huge reason I stay loyal! Carlos is always responsive making scheduling super simple. We get scheduled every 3 - 4 weeks to upkeep Louie's grooming. I also have to give a special shoutout to Brian, who is incredible. He was actually the very first person to ever groom Louie over 12 years ago when he was just a puppy, and he's still grooming him today.
