Unfortunately, the experience ended badly. The morning after his grooming, my dog's eyes were red, swollen, and had significant discharge. Since our regular vet was closed due to the upcoming holiday, we were referred to UGA, where he was diagnosed with chemical burns in both eyes -- caused by skunk shampoo getting into them. He's now in considerable pain and will require ongoing medication and treatment. I appreciate that they fit us in quickly, but clearly the grooming process was not gentle or careful enough when handling his face and eyes.

A week later she gives a time. It takes her forever to respond yet she gets upset when a new customer do not know her 24 hour response rule. Very unprofessional. 0 out of 10 do not recommend!

They were talking about "oh you can wait another hour and we can do it." Lol what??? What were yall doing all day?? Telling me it takes five hours to be groomed. No it does not. He is a five pound yorkie mind you. Couldn't even answer my text or calls about my dog, that's how you know you're in the wrong and when I get there and y'all are just standing around. I had my dog's prescription filled at a pharmacy. Through miscommunication, the pharmacy mistakenly…read morereturned the med to its stock after I asked them not to due to being out of town. The pharmacy placed my rx 'on file' on my dog's profile. When I returned from travel to pick it up, i was informed that it was returned to stock. Upon attempting to refill it, they realized the prescription had expired by 2 days. Legally, in the state of GA, (non-controlled prescriptions expire one year from the date it was written). In an effort to get a new rx from my vet, thoroughly communicating what happened with the pharmacy, they refused to send in a new rx. My dog was due for a yearly exam(it had only been 2 days past the last annual visit). This was not good customer service, nor did this show compassion. I will be looking for another vet. Emphasis on (ONLY 2 days had passed since the previous year's annual visit for my pet. Therefore, due to travel; I had not yet had the opportunity to schedule a visit for my pet! The refill had expired after the pharmacy erroneously returned it to stock. An authorization was needed from the vet to re-activate the Refill on Simparica Trio(which lasts 6 months!). A lot of vets are making it challenging to receive prescriptions because pet owners are having their fur babies' Rx's filled at local pharmacies instead due to lower costs.
