After four…read moreand a half hours of no communication, I go up there to see four people on staff, a very quiet salon, not a single soul working on a dog, and my dog immediately barking and sitting in a kennel with NOTHING done. They were talking about "oh you can wait another hour and we can do it." Lol what??? What were yall doing all day?? Telling me it takes five hours to be groomed. No it does not. He is a five pound yorkie mind you. Couldn't even answer my text or calls about my dog, that's how you know you're in the wrong and when I get there and y'all are just standing around. I took my dog and immediately left. Do NOT trust these people with your animals. They don't care about their jobs or your fur babies, it is very clear.
