And no one thought to mention it to me. I tell her the vet said he more that likely mated w a female dog or he was forcefully separated from a female causing it to swell and no able to go back in! The staff is so nice and they really get to know you and your pets so they're able to meet each of your pets individualized needs. They also always give great resources and education for certain things that are discussed in the appointment. Additionally, they use the pet desk app which is so helpful for making appointments, following up on your pets vaccines, lab results and medications. My late cat Deacon got sick last year and I was able to text the number on the app and they got us in the next day even though they were closed because it was an emergency. So I choose another dog, donated $120 dollars, and brought the dog home. All my cats disappeared. I took him back the next day and once again looked at available dogs and low and behold there was the dog I asked for the day before, my first choice. So I asked to adopt him. And was denied. Then told I could foster him - then they changed their minds again and denied me the right to foster, supposedly because he has some 'food aggression disorder'. They have a jillion dogs. The place reeks of ammonium enough to sting your eyes. Dog rescue is a good work and I thank them for that but something is somehow a little off. Betty Clark

The vet had prescribed a prescription food for her. I tried it for one month, and it worked. She was feeling better and her diarrhea was clearing up. But when I called to get a refill, I had nothing but problems getting the food. My calls were not answered. Always went directly to a recorded message. I had to call from another number to get through. The staff is not helpful at all. One of the ladies, is just rude. Also this veterinarian does not give a prescription to get the food elsewhere. I realized my cats health is not a priority to them. Its sad to say. And they didn't even try to make it right.
