I'm so happy my husband researched ahead of time and found Paws and Claws. Upon calling to make a reservation, we spoke with the owner, Suzan, and I instantly knew we were making the right choice. She was so kind and asked questions about my pet, so I knew this was a caring person who loved animals and would take great care of my baby! We arrived and were so impressed with the facilities. Clean, organized and most importantly the pups looked happy! I loved the pet "quarters"; they consist of a spacious/long den that opens up to an outdoor space with grass for the dogs to relieve themselves. She also offers rooms with no grass in case your dog tends to dig. The rooms for each dog are private but allow the pups to socialize since they're separated by a fence. It's safe and allows the dog the freedom to socialize as much or as little as possible. Make sure to check out the website. Suzan also offers training and I would definitely consider that if we need extended boarding. I highly recommend Paws and Claws to anyone in the area!

I called in and was put on hold for 10 minutes for a lady to quote me what it would cost to spayed my dog under 25 lbs. After taking all of my information and putting me on hold for 10 minutes, I was quoted $320-$420 plus the exam and blood test prior to the surgery. When I got there and went through everything and paid for the blood test and everything then I was quoted $800-$1200 on a piece of paper stating that they had made large Erin quoting me over the phone and that they had should not have done so. Hence, then who did the young lady go and speak after putting me on hold for 10 minutes to get this quote after taking all of my information. most business that is called bait and switch just to get someone in the door and take their nonrefundable deposit for an which is absolutely absurd I paid for a deposit for an appointment that was absolutely 100% misleading just to get someone in the door. either one of two things, ignorance, and very poor communication and poorly ran business or pure and simple bait and switch. I have a hard time believing that they would hire somebody so unintelligent and so misleading to quote something so wrong. Her response was that she didn't know. I let her know we were going on 3 hours of waiting and that if we would have known it would take that long we would have rather rescheduled and returned at a later time. I let them know it was understandable if they were booked, but that it would be professional of them to let the customer know that. The receptionist was not too receptive of my request. Lesson learned on my behalf, schedule an appointment if you want to go there. Veterinarian did speak to us and was very professional and apologetic unlike the receptionist.

Well what an awful end to my Christmas holiday (which is an extra charge) when I picked them up and they were soaked in pee. When I told the girl at the desk she argued with me about it.
