I was looking for a pattern for a custom runner and i finally found it at this store. I am incredibly pleased with the quality and style. Went to some of the high end "goods" stores closer to the sc border but was pressured aggressively by the sales person to make thousands of dollars in purchases. visited several other rug stores in the area but yasser's store was the last and final store I visited. I found exactly what I was looking for at Rug Gallery. Yaser and his associates have friendly, helpful, responsive and easy going attitudes. That counts for alot in my book especially when you're paying for quality the service should be great no matter how much you spend. I won't hesitate to go back here when I'm looking for rugs in the future. read more

If you are in the market for new rugs this is your place. I came here after I liked the rugs at my friend's new house and loved every one. She recommended Yaser and as it was on my way home to Raleigh, I decided to take a peek. I ended up going home with 2 rugs! I wasn't in the market for any but if I came across one I was going to look into it but i had to look no further. Yaser was professional, knowledgeable, not at all pushy and accommodating. I enjoyed my experience from the minute I stepped in and the rugs are of excellent quality. I've had them for a little over 2 weeks now and there has no been shedding as promised. I also got my padding from them and it is great. If you get your rugs here definitely also get the padding as well. Highly recommended! read more

We did a quick search on rug stores in Concord and was impressed with the great ratings for Rug Gallery at Concord Mills. We were replacing an area rug in the living room. We were greeted and given pieces of information while we looked that really assisted us throughout the process. Once we narrowed down our selections there was no pressure to purchase. The interactions with the sales people were pleasant and natural. This led to us being in and out of the store with a brand new 8x10 rug in 30 minutes. I went to all of the rug stores in the Charlotte Metro area to see what my options were, prices, selection, and such. When I got to Rug Gallery, I could tell I had found the store I would end up purchasing from. The designer, Dee, told me to bring my fabric swatches from my newly purchased furniture and we would find the perfect rug. As soon as Hickory sent the fabric I went back to see Dee and she pulled out 2 complimentary rugs that were to go in my family and dining room that are adjacent to each other. They were PERFECT! My rugs look fabulous, they go together, they go with my new furniture and my home. I could not be happier. Dee and Yaser made the decision so easy, they are so knowledgeable about their rugs and were so easy to work with. We were allowed to take the sample rugs before placing the actual order, which gives you peace of mind before spending so much money. They called me to check on us, they followed up, they called the warehouse to see if the rugs were in stock, we placed our order and had our rugs in a week as promised. They called again after we had the rugs home to make sure we were happy, great customer service! I highly recommend working with Dee and Yaser on your next rug purchase. After losing hope of finding a rug that we liked and in our budget in Asheville we traveled to Concord to the Rug Gallery. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Yasser and his associate. We explained what we looking for and he helped us see floor plans with rugs in different orientations, which completely changed our entire game plan for our needs! This was great because we were shown how we could easily meet our needs with a rug size smaller and less costly than what we had been looking for. No one in any of our previous searches had gone that extra step. When we knew what we needed Yasser started showing all of his inventory, and it took us less than 10 minutes to find what we loved hanging on the racks. But he did not want us to leave until he had shown us all his selections in our size, and he took us to the floor where he and his associate painstakingly peeled back over 60 rugs just so we would know we left no stone (rug) unturned. After all that we still went with the our first choice. His selections are great, prices were incredible, and customer service was unbeatable. Yasser even called me a few days later to ask how we liked the rug and made sure we knew if we had any reservations about it he would gladly let us bring it back. I assured him we loved it and thanked him for his great work! There are other bigger stores out there that sell rugs, but I cant say you will get a better use of your time or money than if you come to Rug Gallery at Concord Mills. Ask for Yasser. read more

Highly recommended! I have been looking for rugs for our family room for months and have been very disappointed with my previous online rug purchases. Finally we found the treasure we were hoping for at Rug Gallery! The Rug Gallery staff are patient, attentive and have such a great design eye, they helped me with my decorating mental blocks. This is the best rug store in the area. They have a great selection of beautiful rugs at fair prices. But what really sets them apart is the customer service. They really WANT to help you find the right rug for your space. They make great suggestions without being pushy and they're so flexible in even offering to customize sizes or shapes. I had already shopped at almost every rug dealer in Charlotte when I found the Rug Gallery and I'm so glad I found this business. From the beginning they worked with the budget I had allowed. I was treated so well by the owners of the Rug Gallery. I moved into a house full of hardwood floors and needed to integrate different colors of rugs from room to room in a multitude of sizes. The owners spent lots of their time helping me with a design plan and considered the amount of traffic each piece would get in determining the quality I needed. They special ordered specific sizes for me and kept me informed on the delivery schedule. They even worked their magic on capping and seaming a special runner to the specific size I needed. Awesome experience buying here! I went to 6 other rug/carpet stores within 25 miles and found the Rug Gallery at Concord Mills to have the best prices by far, the best selection and exceptional customer service. Hayrullah (the owner) is incredibly helpful and completely no-pressure. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I was looking at, how it was made and helped me find great natural material rugs for our home. I took advantage of the Summer Sale and saved so much I'm almost feeling guilty, since I've looked for weeks for the rugs I got from him, but was ready to pay much more. I always like to support local shop owners but when you're looking at a larger purchase, often their prices can't compete with the big stores. Not the case here. I even ordered another rug from him to match the ones I bought since the prices were so awesome! Tea and fruit in the lounge area is a nice touch, and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere is a welcome change from lots of other stores who either ignore you or assault you with sales people.
