When we got to the place, there was dog hair all over the floor, I chatted with the manager there and they mentioned they wipe the floor 2-3x a day so I must've come during the tail ned. The appointment which typically takes 2-3 hours ended up taking 1.5 hours. They request payment and tip before they bring you your pet. I had some feedback that I shared with the manager and they reassured me that they care deeply about the salon and grooming service so I know they're working on improvements. They were happy to take my dog back to another cleaning, but I didn't have the time. I appreciate the time and effort the manager took to call and chat about my feedback.

Our little family includes George, our Frenchie who recently underwent back surgery, and Waldo, our Portuguese Water Dog/Poodle mix who struggles with extreme anxiety. Leaving them anywhere can be stressful for us, but Ian immediately put our minds at ease. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful with our dogs. He takes the time to understand their individual needs and treats them with such patience and care. With George's recovery and Waldo's anxiety, that extra attentiveness means everything to us. It's clear Ian truly loves what he does, and it shows in the way our pups light up when they see him. We keep coming back because of Ian and the way he treats George and Waldo. I'm sure the entire team is just as kind, but Ian consistently goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful to have found someone we trust with our babies.

My 54 lb Jindo does not do well with strangers, she is all bark but no bite. I was very anxious bringing her to any dog care but Wendy was willing to do an assessment prior to their stay. This was my very first time doing any sort of dog care so I was really worried about leaving them. They did really well and my other dog had so much fun (he's a social butterfly). The main reason I chose this place vs all the other dog boarding is because they offer a "home" living experience rather than a facility/warehouse. My dogs always freely roams the house and lays on our bed, couch, wherever they please so I wanted something similar and Wendy's house provided that. I couldn't bare the thought of them being kept in a narrow sleeping quarter locked throughout the day. Thank you for taking great care of my babies! I entrusted this cat boarding hotel with my sweet adult 4 year old cat Clayton while traveling out…read moreof town. I had only adopted him 1.5 months prior and wanted to find a quality boarding place for him. They provided me with a tour of the facility a couple of weeks prior and I found it to be exceptionally clean and each cat boarded there at the time looked happy and well cared. They accommodated me by allowing me to drop him off earlier and picking him up later than normal. My Clayton is very sweet but also still skittish and shy around those he doesn't know. They took such good care of him, sending me pics of him in his hidey hole via email, and reassuring me he was doing fine. The 24 hour video of him in his spacious room was also a comfort to me. When I picked him up 3 days later, they gave me a written update of his eating habits, his use of the litter box, and to my surprise, also gave me a photo of him and a small baggie of cat nip, which I wasn't expecting at all. I felt so comfortable having them care for him and will most definitely trust them again with my sweet boy. Clayton say's he had a meow-vulous time and will try and be less shy next time.
