Highly recommend those visiting Ruidoso to stop by! My daughter & I had fun bowling and playing games afterwards.

Small but FUN! I love coming to this bowling alley, not only is the food really good but the place is kept clean, the prices are reasonable and the lanes are well maintained. Inside the bowling alley are 10 bowling lanes, a bar with TVs and Dart boards (only 21 and older allowed), a small restaurant/kitchen, a jukebox, pool tables, vending machines and a few arcade games. The restaurant serves salads, hotdogs, burgers, pizza, wings and various sandwiches. The wings are DELICIOUS, they are saucy and have great flavor. The supreme pizza was full of toppings and came in a good size, one pizza was enough for 4 adults and a child. The bar has various mixed drink options as well as pitchers of beer, IDs will be checked for age. Prices for bowling are as follows: HOURLY RATES - 1 Hour - $37.00 / 2 Hours - $49.00 or $5.25 per game and $3 shoe rentals. They do have specials, check their webpage for info. As far as bowling alleys go, this place may be small but in my opinion it is way better than the larger bowling alleys in bigger cities. The staff is always friendly as well. *They do have bowling tournaments so call ahead to make sure nothing is going on and that you will be able to get on a lane. read more

This is a small alley, 10 lanes but it is a pretty local spot - so if you come in the middle of the day you may find a Senior's League. The bar is legit and the grill is good (but separate). This a good spot, decent lanes (proprietors take it serious) and if you're like me - the bar locals will make you feel like you're part of the cool kids. read more

We went here this past summer with 2 of our grandsons. It was a fun time for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Obviously a lack of options in the area. We had to pay for an extra half hour to finish a game due to our balls continuously not returning, and the one kid working was more interested in bowling with his friends than doing his job. read more

3 stars because it's nice and clean inside. They don't announce tournaments so when we went both days they wouldn't let us bowl because they had the whole place locked down for tournaments. Staff is friendly except that one guy with the grey bowl cut. Unnecessary attitude for little tiny things and he switched us to a different lane without making sure we were ok with it. read more

The General Manager named Weldon Ganaway is a terrible person with 0 people skills. I honestly don't know how he got this position when he doesn't even believe the customers are always right. He deserves to be reprimanded or fired. My family and I come here regularly easily 5 times or more every month but this time we had the misfortune of coming the day Weldon was working. Everything was going fine. We paid for the 1 hour time duration and during our session the bowling pins got jammed. We pushed the reset button multiple times and nothing happened. Then we went over to the front desk to tell an employee our problem so they could fix it. This employee was Weldon. He came over while talking on a phone and fixed it for us but the problem is this bowling pin jam literally wasted 10 mins of our game time that we paid for. He didn't want to give us those 10 mins back. He gave us snarky comments and said he would only give us 5 mins. Then after another complaint he said he would only give us what the computer says we were supposed to have. The computer said we were supposed to have 10 minutes... And it took him over 5 mins to finally give us our game time. He even told my mother to leave the building and he was clearly cussing about us to another fellow employee saying "f*cking customers." Basically he didn't believe us and tried to rip us off while having a super negative attitude. He acted like we were in the wrong when actually he was in the wrong. All the other employees have treated us fairly in the past when the pins get jammed. They don't argue with the customer and they give us the bonus time right away. No problems what so ever. But this Weldon guy was the polar opposite. I don't understand how he is the General Manager with such a terrible attitude/personality. I'm guessing the owners of the location didn't do a good job vetting him at all. As for the place. The rental shoes look extremely old and worn out. They literally give off the vibe that they're older then the building. I suggest bringing some anti-fungal spray just in case. The bowling balls are extremely worn out, chipped, and oily. The bowling pins get jammed regularly. The food they serve is overpriced and comes out under-cooked the majority of the time we've ordered it. The building itself looks very old. It feels as if 0 money from the profits they make is reinvested into the place to keep it up to date. Sadly, if you're looking to bowl in Ruidoso this is your only option. The only pros this place has is the bathrooms look cleaner/newer then the rest of the building, their french fries are good, and the price to bowl is decent. I was willing to look past all the flaws of this place and still enjoy it with family. But the experience we had with Weldon was the final nail in the coffin. I really wish I could give them a better rating. We were in Ruidoso on a flooding day for the races. Races got canceled in the 8th race by Mother Nature. The bowling alley was close to where we were staying so we thought it would be fun to go bowling, but unfortunately the bartender ruined it for us!!! Your town needs the customers! Food was the best part of this place, the bowling software is very glitchy spent a a lot of time trying to correct frames or resetting pins. Good to do if it's raining outside I guess. Staff were very nice thou. read more

Your typical bowling alley. I believe this is the only place to bowl in Ruidoso. The lanes were nice and it reminded me of every other bowling place I have ever been to. It was $16 an hour for a lane, a great deal. The Tito's and soda I got was only $5! There wasn't smoking allowed inside which I appreciated. The staff was nice and we had a great time. read more

My teenagers just got back from this establishment. The guy working the counter had them pay up front, and then made them pay again, claiming they hadn't paid. He told them a woman had taken their initial payment, when, in fact, he was the one who took their money. Management, I suggest you look into the person who was working. If you visit this establishment, get a written receipt for how much you've paid. read more

We were led to believe our game would be only 14 dollars; a little low but, what can we expect. To shorten the story we ended up getting screwed out of 60 dollars. If possible I would give this buisness zero stars. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Find something better to do than bowling here. In the long run you will have more fun playing cards or having conversations between you and your buddies while saving yourself the humility of being played as a fool. read more

I really love bowling and this place just ruined my love and affection for the sport. The place it's self wasn't bad, actually kinda fun until the people go our left started fighting,but the worker behind the counter that we paid money to play just happened to make our money "disappear" after a while of him making excuses about where our money went or that we never paid in the first place, even though we payed him specifically,we finally gave up and had to pay an extra 70$ for only 3 games.
