Rule G is a great craft brewery in our town that we had been meaning to try for some time. We were on our way back home from Morikami Japanese Gardens and decided to stop in for a drink. We had already had lunch so the only thing we ate were the complimentary pretzels but there are some interesting options on their food menu. So, let's get right to the beer. I highly recommend checking out Rule G Brewing in Coconut Creek if you're into craft beer, live music, good food, and a friendly atmosphere where your dog is welcome inside. It's a hidden spot that's been open since January, and it's a real hidden gem. I visited for the 3rd time last night and stumbled upon their ugly sweater and most festive dog contest, which was adorable! Our goldendoodle even got second place. You can find it a few doors down in the corner from Duffy's on Hillsboro/Lyons. The owners and bartenders are incredibly caring, so I wanted to give them a big shoutout. Went here after work because I live nearby and my buddies were performing live music. Great atmosphere, beer, food, and quick service. Sadly, I got there 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, so I didn't get the chance to try other food, but the chicken chorizo queso dip was amazing. I ate the whole thing myself in 10 minutes LOL, and I forgot to take a picture of it it looked so good I was only focusing on eating it. Rule G Brewing is our fav local place to hang out. We are so grateful to finally have a good place for craft beer nearby. This place is nice and chill and the staff are very friendly. Towards the end of each week they usually have live music most nights. In addition to some great beers (Coconut Creek Station wheat and their mango wheat are my favorites), the food is also really good. I would say their signature menu item is the cheddar waffle BLT. I've tried a couple of their seltzers also and they're tasty and refreshing. Sometimes we take our dog and I love that we can as obviously that's not possible at most places and it just makes it more fun and relaxing to be able to all hang out together. It's harder for us to get out in the week but we're hoping to do their regular karaoke night and a paint and sip event at some point. Such a cool new place in Coconut Creek. The vibe is great. In the daytime on a weekday, it was pretty quiet and they played some good music. In the evenings on certain days, they have live music which this area really needs! We tried the smoked fish dip (locally made!) and the charcuterie board. Both were great. I look forward to trying more of their freshly made food. The drinks were fantastic. I started with a flight to try different things and I'm glad I did because I would have never tried the hard seltzers. Think white claw etc but with actual, real flavor. Absolutely awesome and refreshing. My favorite beer was the mango wheat. The owner was there and was such a nice guy. He said they're going to be doing trivia, karaoke, and paint and sip nights.
