Uncommon Path Brewing came to us as a recommendation. It was in the right place at the right time. That day our first choice dining location was still closed well past opening time [for no apparent reason], led us to one that was open. And not just open--better! The location was up the street, and around the corner, which made it very convenient in our time of inconvenience. Uncommon Path Brewing is part of a long stretch of revamped small business locations done over with white paint and beautiful murals. Once inside, we received a warm greeting, and took a seat at the bar. It has enough seating for a small crowd of people who enjoy beer with their food, or just beer. No dive bar décor here. It is very tasteful, as if a brewery asked a gourmet coffee shop to do its decorating. Our super cool bartender told us they are known for their pies, which by the way are ALL $15 on Mondays, and gave us a sample piece from the kitchen. There was so much flavor in a tiny piece! If that was a sample, DEFINITELY sign us up for a whole pizza on a Monday! Speaking of samples, Uncommon Path Brewing offers craft beer tasting to help with your selection. May as well try before you buy. Now, on to the food. Their Smash Burger is the go to for most. And it does not disappoint! They also have specials on other food items. Local brewery with good drinks and a big menu (for a brewery)! The watermelon lime seltzer was sooooo good. Very refreshing and also surprisingly high in alcohol (9% abv) Next best thing was the smash burger. It was surprisingly so good! Very cheesy and a flavorful sauce. The fries we got were suppose to be truffle but they use a relatively cheap truffle oil that doesn't have a lot of flavor. Also the appetizer we got was a fish dip and didn't come out as advertised. But due to it being a fun, local business, I give a 5 . I definitely want to come back for one of their pizzas! read more

I've stopped by this place twice for a quick beer, and both visits were enjoyable. While I haven't had the chance to try the food yet, everything coming out of the kitchen looked delicious and definitely caught my attention--it's on my list for next time. The space is small, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it a comfortable spot to relax. The bar service was fairly standard--nothing particularly memorable, but efficient enough. So cool! We popped in while exploring the new district this is located in. They have a bunch of different shops and some cool artwork. We tried a few beers and the King of the Seas was the tastiest to me. I love a good IPA. The vibes are elevated but chill. Uncommon Path Brewing is a great spot for beer in the Flagler Village area! I was here on a Tuesday after an event for a quick drink. We came a bit before closing so the kitchen was closed but we were able to grab two beers to enjoy. We never felt rushed and the staff was super welcoming. They have BOGO beers every Tuesday so this was also a nice surprise! The beers we picked were great and the inside of the space was beautiful. I really love where Uncommon Path is located, especially with the free parking which is sometimes harder to come by in FTL. Somewhere west of the Flagler Village lies the Thrive district. Find it and you should try this place first. Incredible pizzas await. This brewery has everything going for it, great music, an upscale feel and a friendly staff that wants to make you happy. The mango burrata salad was very good. They of course have beer but also offer a few wines and some non-alcohol options. Plenty of parking. My dining friend duplicated my sentiment about this place. My advice is to share a pizza and share a salad. So good, so worth it. read more

Visited here recently to hang out with some friends, and I have mixed feelings. First off, the brewery is nice, and inside has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. There's also a variety of games you and your group can bring to your table to keep yourselves entertained. The night we visited there was only one bartender working, and she was taking drinks order, food order, brining out food, and cleaning up tables. For one person, she did a heck of a job! The food was great, we tried 2 flavors of their wings, Japanese bbq and chimi churi, both were good choices. We also tried a pizza which I found to be fresh and delicious! And then placed an order for 12 charred oysters, which are $1 each. The wings were also $1, as it's their Wednesday special, but oysters are always $1, all day everyday. What I really didn't care for were the beer options / flavors. I've had specialty beers from local breweries and have tried some funky flavors before, but I just couldn't find something here that I enjoyed. The bartender did have us sample a few before we made our decision, but sadly I opted for a rum and coke. Checked out a newer brewery with an upscale, polished vibe. The space was really nice, and I appreciated the attention to details like the glassware. It did feel a little fancier than my usual go-to, but that's more personal preference than anything. Parking was mostly free and easy to find, and it's in an up-and-coming area, which is always nice. There were also a few games available, adding a fun touch to the space. A few of the beers we were interested in were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing. The pizza was okay -- it looked great, but the flavor just didn't quite stand out for me. Uncommon's pizza is some of the best in town! They're always friendly and accommodating--changing their Hot Roni pie to half pepperoni / half sausage for us. Their garlic artichoke dip is also full of flavor and pairs well with their house-made fresh bread. The beer list is ever-evolving but a favorite of mine is their Down the Rabbit Hole IPA, which they also have packaged in cans. They also offer a solid section of wines & packaged seltzers. They do a great job connecting with the community, we were there for the AOTA (Avenue of the Arts) Festival kickoff event, which will paint another mural on their exterior. read more

Total hidden gem! Rockin' local brewery that somehow sports both fantastic brews AND top notch food! Get flights and sample the super diverse selection. We went on a whim, and unbeknownst to us, it was very close to closing time. They served us and attended to us with no problems, they answered all our questions about the different types of beers they had, and very patiently helped me pick one (I'm not much of a beer person). The one they suggested has turned into one of my favorite adult beverages. It was a hard seltzer, but it wasn't very fizzy, which I loved and really let the subtle fruity, delicately sweet flavors shine. We also got some beers to go. A hidden gem discovered by accident! We had tickets to see a show at the Parker and stopped to grab a quick bite and a brew. Lots of parking outside and a huge space inside but we sat at the bar. An electronic screen shows the current beef menu, with lots of great choices! The food is no joke either! Our pizza was called 'The Fig' and featured Gorgonzola, pancetta, mozzarella, red onions, and a fig jam. So good!! Staff were all great. Bartender was helpful and courteous, even the cook came out to explain food was taking a little longer because his crust wasn't perfect so he re-did it. Another crazy hidden brewery in Fort Lauderdale that has been here since September 2023. Plenty of free parking out front in a warehouse area. Met with the sole outgoing bartender Martin and suggested the Multiverse 8.2% imperial double and i had a small taste of the sour Berliner Weisse beer 9.2% (Gokana Strawberry Cheesecake). OMG excellent choice. This was in my top 3 sours for sure. They have cans of sparkling water and cans of hard smoothies. The bar is large and modern with very comfy velvet cushioned bar stools. My husband and I decided to check out this new (open less than a year) brewery on a late Sunday afternoon. It's a small space, but super cute with a small outdoor area in the back. Everything is very clean and updated. There are a few games available to play as well. There were a few other customers there, and it definitely picked up before we left. We sat at the bar since you have to order there anyway. The bartender Mike was awesome, very helpful and friendly. They have a smaller selection of beers, but a lot of IPAs. They also offer a few wines and seltzers, which I always appreciate. They don't offer flights, but will give you a tasting. They sell beer in half or full glasses. My husband first got Seaside, which he enjoyed, but he really liked Triverse, which Mike had recommended. Very hoppy and strong. I got a glass of the Prosecco. I stopped in here Saturday afternoon. This place wasn't super busy, and I was able to get a seat at the bar. They don't offer beer flights, but instead you can get half pours. The beer was really good! I had a peanut butter Russian Imperial Stout, a Barleywine (very rare to see nowadays), a blueberry sour, and a very tasty Triple IPA. All the beers were very good and were high quality brews. I want hungry, but other patrons were eating and the food looked really good. They have a fig pizza that I'm going to try next visit. They have beers packed to go in a cooler that I took advantage of. Parking wasn't a problem and they have a full kitchen. This place is worth a visit. read more

We stopped in Uncommon Path for the first time on a Wednesday evening. I was immediately wowed by the ambiance!!! Warm wood, gold tones, rattan chandeliers, a beautiful mural, this place is my style exactly! Our group of 4 easily found a table. It wasn't crowded, so we ordered our beer and food at the bar. The dark lager was my favorite, but the IPA and sour drinkers in our group enjoyed their beers as well. The artichoke garlic dip was my favorite thing! I would come back just to eat this dip. Packed with flavor and served with warm pita, our group devoured it. We also ordered the oven baked wings, which came with a $3 lager since it was Wednesday! The space is beautiful. It's modern yet classy and very bright. It's small but with just the right amount of seating. There are plans for some outdoor seating as well. The area is very nice, close to galleries and retail spaces. We went for the opening and it was packed, but we were able to make it right before the crowd and got a table. The beer selection is great, highly recline d the stout, it's delicious! The pizzas looked super delicious but I went for a salad which was simple but very satisfying.
