Again, my photos are not saving based on location, which is a bit frustrating so I can't share my food photos, but.. I digress. I come here for Silent Book Club meetings and they close the whole place down for us which is really nice. Even though it's a brewing company, the food is always good and the service is great. Next time I take food pictures I will update.

My flight. Purple Maze and Himberry were sours, the third is Platonic, a pale ale and Nearly Napping is an Imperial Stout.

We were on vacation at Pompano Beach so decided to revisit Dangerous Minds Brewing. I had a flight of two sours, a pale ale and an Imperial Stout. (I had been here in 2022 and had tried their IPAs). I enjoyed the sours and pale ale. I don't remember them having a kitchen in 2022 and the menu looked good. However we had a large lunch so only beer consumed. Dangerous Minds was a nice place that I'll check out when I'm hungry next time.

My friend and I have decided to check out our local breweries and this is stop #2. On a Saturday night. We sat at the bar and started off with a light beer and took a Quick Look at the menu thru the QR code available on the bar. I think the bartenders could be a little more attentive to newbie's, which is my only critique. It took awhile for anyone to ask if we wanted food. We ordered the pretzel with a side of beer cheese and it was really good, I don't think the beer cheese side is worth it though. I really want to go back and try the scotch egg because I've always been curious about those. I also noticed shepherds pie on the menu that will be another must when we go back. When we left about 9pm I noticed a band outside and it seemed like a good scene. I'll definitely go back and enjoy that live music.

Non-alcoholic. They make this with lemon, bitters and something else. Looks interesting

Here I am. Stubbled upon this place on the way to find TJ Max in this shopping center I've never been to. 4:15-ish and they have business. I peeked into the window, and the server on the patio greeted me with a smile. It's really the reason I decided to enter(was gonna eat Indian, next door). Mmmmm. I ordered a couple of things to-go, because I prob won't finish both. Bartender suggested Karagge Chicken. Japanese fried chix with a small side salad(extra??$). Mmm. Good. I think it's an app. Spicy sauce not too(yay-he was right). Pizza sauce is tasty, but loose(GF caulif crust). Cheese is good. Cooked perfectly. Hey. 25 min in and the crust is still good! Bonus! Oh! I sampled 2 IPAs, west Coast and hazy. Both delish. Hazy is a bit more sour. Apparently an event is coming up Burns Fest. Jan 16th(Sat) Haggis pizza, bagpipes etc. so glad I stopped in! I hope they live on FOREVER! (BTW, they make beer here! What!!!?)

A Pompano Beach brewery with sleek modern decor, offering beer, eats and fun throwback board games including Monopoly, Yahtzee and Taboo. The brewery's open layout makes it feel like a welcoming, casual place to hang out. The unique presentation of shots in mini laboratory beakers adds a quirky touch. The Waldmeister Sour 5.8% was Berliner Weisse flavored with sweet woodruff (my favorite). The El Corte Dorado was an interesting brew with its oak tequila aging and strong 8.7% ABV - definitely not for the faint of heart! The friendly and knowledgeable staff, like the owner Adam and bartender "Q," seem to make the experience even better. The huge beer vats being right at the door gives that authentic brewery vibe, and it's great that they offer Beer To Go, allowing patrons to take a piece of the experience home with them. The food menu is mainly Gluten Free and Vegetarian, offering a decent variety of eats including Artisanal Pizzas, Salads and Global Street Food - beer cheese griddled sandwich for $8.00. The $5 happy hour is weekdays 4p - 6p. A spot with a lot of character and personality and I will be back.

I stopped by tonight for Dangerous Minds 5th Anniversary Party featuring music from the North End Rockers. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala pizza with the new Von Bingen American IPA * 6.8% Juniper and sage, traditionally used to cleanse the body and spirit. They can't claim that it is true, but blended together they make for a tasty spiced IPA. For dessert, I had to have the Mint Chocolate Bread Pudding, mint chocolate bread pudding served with vanilla bean gelato, mmmmmmmmm soooooo deciduous!

Came here on a whim, after visiting the Pompano Beach pier. It was only nine minutes away. And it may not seem like much given that it is in a small strip mall, but I've had the best beers here. I have tried Cocobana, Suave (twice, that's how good it is) and the Phenakistoscope, while my fiance had the Willi's Wheat, Stein of Ein, and ended with Suave (yup, that amazing). We had already eaten, so we didn't get to try the food. But the pictures and reviews of all the food looked really good! We would love to come back to get more of that Suave beer and try the food! My favorite part of this brewery is that they offer "tasters" which are 4oz shooters but they uniquely come in cute lab beakers! I sometimes get too full easily on a pint, so I like that I was able to try different beers in a smaller scale. Overall, I didn't have a beer I didn't like and I want to try the rest of the beer menu and food!!

I had such a great time here. I found this place as I was looking for a different brewery. This one just so happened to be closer. The beertender was friendly and great with recommendations. The food was very delicious. I ordered Scotch Eggs and a Grilled Cheese with Beer Cheese. While it was a bit difficult to find this place at first I'm very happy that I checked it out. Can't wait to go back.

Stumbled upon this gem today! Truly deserves more than 5 stars for everything. Like the other yelpers mentioned this place has it all. You feel like a regular even if it's your first time. Conversation at the bar about travels, food and South FL overpopulation was incredible. The saison and the lamb wrap were the perfect pairing too. I wish I lived closer to try more of their menu. Looking forward to the next time!

Great selection of beers and food. Wonderful service . So many choices on the menu including vegetarian and vegan options. Outdoor and indoor seating. Definitely recommend.

Ok so much fun! Great food and beer selection. Inside and outdoor seating with a live band. Service was cool and just an all around great time. I had a vegan pizza for the first time and it was amazing!!!

We went for trivia. I had the hazy IPA-Stradamus. It was a good. I ordered the Lamb Wrap. It had pickled onions and tzatziki sauce to dip. It was flavorful. I would definitely order it again. The staff were attentive and friendly. If you go on trivia night, go early because a lot of tables were reserved.

Do you have vegan cheese or options? Thanks!

    Yes, we have Violife cheese

    So you allow dogs?

We love it when customers bring their furry friends, however since we are also a restaurant we can't allow them inside, unfortunately. That being said we have plenty of covered outside seating and always a water bowl on hand for your pet.

Gigi was super helpful in giving us insight on customer favorites! We tried the caesar salad (you have to cut it yourself but don't worry it's SO GOOD), truffle fries, spare rib tips, ropa vieja poutine, and ropa vieja (entree). While everything was incredibly tasteful, the ropa vieja poutine was by far my favorite. They also have so many signature cocktails to choose from, and on Thursdays, they offer a ladies night special with $8 mini select martinis. Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. We chose a table near the window and immediately appreciated the intimate and charming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a bar and televisions, creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

** Classic Vacation Spot! Great Drinks & Killer Blackened Chicken**…read more First official lunch stop of our Florida trip is in the books, and **Legends** absolutely delivered! We managed to slide in just in time for happy hour, so the wife kicked things off right with a great cocktail. To keep the kids happy while we looked over the menu, we started with the mozzarella sticks and corn dog poppers. Both were total crowd-pleasers--crispy, melty, and didn't last long on the table. For the mains, the family spread was a massive success. The kids went with the classics: a juicy cheeseburger with golden fries, and crispy chicken tenders with perfectly fried tater tots. Both got total nods of approval. The wife and I went the salad route, ordering the Cobb salad and the Caesar salad, both topped with blackened chicken. Let me tell you, that blackened seasoning is the real deal here! It gave both salads a smoky, savory punch that elevated the whole meal. At the end of the day, Legends serves up **classic bar food done absolutely right**. The vibe is fun, the food is unpretentious and delicious, and the service was on point. It's a fantastic, reliable spot that I'd highly recommend to anyone in the area. We will definitely be back on future visits!

This is NOT a fast food place nor is it a Caribbean restaurant as some have said -- although there are a few items on the menu that are islandy. So plan on spending some time -- even at lunch -- as all the food is cooked to order by Chef Glen. We also met Glen. What a wonderfully exciting life he has lived. And we got to talk to him about his preparation of various items and things he likes (and may be adding to the menu in the future) as they get known. From the current lunch menu, we selected two items. I chose their griot appetizer-- which is marinated and fried pork chunks. It came with plantains. The appetizer portion was more than large enough to have as my lunch -- in fact, I took half home for later. The plantains were some of the best I've ever had. Done like tostones -- smashed and fried -- they were flavorful. And the pork meat was tender and tasty inside with a crispy exterior. My husband had their shepherd's pie. Oh my goodness. This was excellent. It was full of ground black angus beef in a savory sauce topped with creamy mashed potatoes. The preparation is intricate and time consuming. You could taste the various herbs used. It was a generous portion served piping hot. As we'd talked to Glen also about their fish and chips dish, he was nice enough to prepare a small piece of cod fish so my husband could try it. The batter was light and crispy. It too was very very good. This place is a sleeper right now. If you have some time to linger, check them out for lunch while they are currently not that busy. Chef Glen is quite talented. Let him know we sent regards. You may even see us sitting at the bar....
