I guess the best part of my experience with Perfect Chef was how easy they were to work with, nothing was too hard or complicated. Their staff were efficient and polite and did it all with a smile. She prepared the food and also served for our party of 7 (6 adults and 1 child). She even did the dishes as she needed them! She prepared an amazing asian dip served with snap peas and rice crackers, grilled shrimp on avocado and cucumber, a salad with greens, mandarin oranges, feta, dried cranberries, candied pecans with a balsamic vinaigrette, a baked risotto with spinach and artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus, and a macadamia, coconut, panic crusted salmon with sweet chili sauce and wasabi yogurt. I did some other research on different companies in the area and this was the easiest to order from and get estimates. Day of, the chefs showed up early, got set up quickly, and were ready to go right on time. The food was fantastic and there was so much of it - we were still enjoying leftovers for many meals afterwards. Beyond the food, the entertainment really made the night. The chefs were hilarious, engaging, and kept the whole group laughing with plenty of surprises sprinkled throughout the evening.
