He was on time, the food was served hot and delicious, and he left our kitchen as clean as he found it. THE FOOD - We had four passed around small bites during cocktail hour. It was all absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend the apple and blue-cheese turnovers! I think about them often. The Lamb lollipop was crazy good. The shrimp appetizer was great as well as the mushroom one. Dinner courses were presented so elegantly and tasted as good as they looked. We began with a fabulous pumpkin soup. It was honestly the best pumpkin soup I've ever had. That was followed by a tasty root vegetable salad. We then had Filet Minon over risotto with a demi glaze sauce over it. Wow! I told her about my girlfriend's food likes and dislikes, and she gave great recommendations of her favorite dishes to prepare. On the day of the dinner, she arrived right on time - an hour before appetizers. All I had to do was point her to the kitchen, and she took care of the rest! She prepared the food and also served for our party of 7 (6 adults and 1 child). She even did the dishes as she needed them! She prepared an amazing asian dip served with snap peas and rice crackers, grilled shrimp on avocado and cucumber, a salad with greens, mandarin oranges, feta, dried cranberries, candied pecans with a balsamic vinaigrette, a baked risotto with spinach and artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus, and a macadamia, coconut, panic crusted salmon with sweet chili sauce and wasabi yogurt. She finished the dinner with a chocolate mousse. When the dinner ended, you would never have guessed that a 7 course meal was just prepared in our kitchen. It was spotless.
