Yet, Crossfit does not usually share their toys with non-Crossfitters. Sad! But not Patriot Way! Not only do they have daily Open Gym in the afternoons BUT they have Daily and Monthly fees for Open Gym. I come into DFW at least once a month and this Gym is just perfect. I was able to Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Kroc Row to my heart's content. (No machines but machines suck for me.) Billie made me feel welcomed and was so extremely helpful. Moreso than that, this gym is so clean! Showers are great! Bathrooms are great! If you are a Crossfitter, there is no better gym I have found. If you lift or trying to look like you lift and can lift in the afternoons, check this place out!

I couldn't do any more of the weightlifting so I went to get on the treadmill for the last 20 minutes and she wouldn't let me saying that was not part of the Class. All I wanted to do was get on the treadmill and walk, so I just left because I didn't feel like complaining Over I like this place, but how foolish is it to tell paying customer they can't wind down on the treadmill for the last 20 to 30 minutes when they have no energy left

All staff from the front desk, trainers, and cleaning crew are friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the free training session with Gigi Walls. Together we worked on a sustainable plan. I was never badgered to buy any supplements or further training. However, I enjoyed our session and booked some more. I'm down 22lbs and feel fantastic. I weight train and take the Alpha class(Vic is great). Gigi is encouraging and really listened to my concerns and goals. My husband does training with Manuel and has seen similar improvements. The pools and locker rooms are very clean. Dry sauna, chill pool, and hot tubs are available at this location. So sorry we waited so long to join.
