When she informed me of how panicked she felt having to do this after over a week of already trying to cancel, I decided to give them a call. They were extremely unpleasant to speak to and adamant that MY ELDERLY MOTHER, riddled with panic over this situation, would still have to come in person to cancel. After hanging up the phone, I informed my mother to call her bank and block payments, i will add, this was after multiple attempts by Hotworx of trying to charge her card after she had begged them not to. MY ELDERLY MOTHER, BEGGED them not to charge her card. Today, writing this review, it is months later at this point and my mother is still being harassed by this company. Workouts kick your butt and they are FUN and well thought out. Every single coach was intentional, attentive and helped with everything from technique to pacing, etc. I was able to become more confident in new skills just in one week. From a member perspective It is VERY much a non-intimidating environment and you will feel comfortable attending and participating as much or as little as you like.
