Unfortunately I echo many of the other reviews on this site - poor customer service and employee training-resulting in terrible customer experience. I recently went to the spa for a massage. Upon checkout the receptionist told me there was a note on my file for 20% off my service. She reached out to the spa manager who indicated since there was no name or date on the note that they should ignore it and did not honor the discount. When questioned they said that it was an employee error. Seems like the customers bear the brunt of all employee errors--I did send a note to the GM - Hayden Duffy. I look forward to a response.

The instructors are motivating and really help you to push yourself during the class. They also offer a variety of different available class times which is great for fitting one in before or after work.
