Due to the oddity of the transmission (and current supply chain issues caused by an inept controlling government....well, never mind, different review) Dave could not locate all the parts to rebuild my transmission. However, he did use his resources to search and locate a different, yet compatible one in Chicago! Upon my approval, he had them complete it's rebuild and shipped. That was on a Tuesday. By Thursday afternoon it was in Grand Junction and delivered to the original shop for install. By Friday afternoon we were on the road again! Thank you Dave. If we make it back through there...we'll stop and say Hi! We made it home safe thanks to your help!!

Even though they were booked out for days, they fit me in, looked at my car, and they were able to repair it this morning. They also offer rides; they drove me back to my hotel and they then picked me up when my car was done. In addition to being super kind with outstanding customer service, they really know what they're doing. What I can tell you about Shrums is they are an Honest Shop. Honest to a fault. Sam and his crew are highly skilled and will only do the work necessary to get the job done. Their pricing is at industry standards and fair. I own 4 automobiles all of which have over 150,000 miles on them so there have been needed repairs beyond my ability.
