The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. We always enjoy stopping at Gulfport Brewery and taking to other brewery enthusiasts and making new friends.

I recently dined at Rumfish Grill with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The main issue revolved around the dish I ordered - the cauliflower steak. It was a complete letdown, as it arrived bland and hard, almost as if it had been completely uncooked or not steamed properly. When we brought this concern to the attention of our waiter, his response was far from satisfactory. He simply shrugged and mentioned that most people seemed to enjoy it, without offering any resolution or attempt to address the problem. This lack of concern truly tarnished the whole dining experience. While the appetizers were passable, they were by no means extraordinary. The calamari, which should have been crispy, turned out to be rubbery, leaving much to be desired in terms of texture and taste. The blue crab dip was okay, but nothing stood out as remarkable. However, I must commend the hummus; it was the only highlight of the meal, truly phenomenal in both flavor and consistency. Sadly, the main courses were equally disappointing. The fried grouper was a major letdown, being excessively overfried, which not only affected the taste but also made it an unpleasant experience to eat. To add insult to injury, the dish was inexplicably garnished with big pieces of raw carrot, which clashed terribly with the overall presentation and flavors. In all honesty, the subpar quality of the main courses overshadowed any redeeming aspects of the appetizers, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and unimpressed. It's a real shame that Rumfish Grill failed to live up to its reputation. I expected so much more from this establishment and had been excited to try their dishes, but alas, I left the restaurant with a sense of regret. The lackluster cauliflower steak, the unremarkable appetizers, and the poorly executed main courses really dampened the overall dining experience. I cannot recommend Rumfish Grill based on this visit, and I hope that they take customer feedback seriously to improve the quality of their dishes and service in the future. read more

First let me say that Rumfish used to be great. Don't know what's happened since the last time we ate there, but we won't be spending any money there ever again. Service was slow and by slow, I mean we waited an hour for food after ordering. I got some JUMBO shrimp cocktail for $16.00. When it arrived there were four shrimp no more than a hand an inch long and about as big around as a dime. The guy that brought them even said as he put them in frontof of me that these were my jumbo shrimp. I guess hoping I would buy his silly bullshit. Up next, I got the Iron Skillet Grouper that was Market Price. It was fucking gross and dried out like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 45 minutes.....which it probably was and explains why our food took so long. Juicy, succulent fish would be too easy and fast to produce! It was a tiny piece of fish that tasted and looked NOTHING like grouper, so am pretty sure it was not. The crab topping that came with it was from a can. My wife got the tuna, crab avocado stack and it smelled and tasted rotten. My daughter got pasta from the kids menu, and the sauce was Hunt's canned sauce. Which is fine for a kid, and certainly better than the $50 fake grouper. Why on earth ANYONE would go here, when directly across the street is Snappers?! We went there last night, and it was honestly the best seafood, sides and experience Ive ever had. The bald, fit Asian server was incredible.....don't know his name, but forego Rumfish and go see him at Snapper's. You will be sorry if you don't! Bye bye Rumfish....maybe Guy Harvey was right to break up with you jokers. read more

Went a few days ago and I must say I am not impressed. The "Tank" is pretty cool but other than that the experience is lacking. The food is bland at best and the service is not up to par. We had reservations for 8:00 and were seated at 8:30. The food took longer than expected and after it arrived we thought maybe they should cook it a little longer?? As someone who eats out 5-10 times per week for lunch and or dinner I can tell you that many better options are out there. My whole family loved our lunch this past weekend. My husband and I got the mahi sandwich which was delicious. One of my kids got the massive smash burger which he said was great. We also shared some shrimp which were good nothing special. But, the loaded curly fries are great. our waitress Aurora recommended the dragonfruit mojito which was phenomenal. Service and food were great. Only 4 stars though because I thought it was a bit pricey typical touristy beach prices. And the music was blaring even though the place was basically empty. read more

This is a great place to bring your children. They have 3 fish tanks which was cool! There macaroni was outstanding! Also there buffalo wings were really hot and delicious! Also there grouper was amazing! My mom had the poke she says it was so fresh. They also got calamari which was gone pretty quick. The service was super friendly and pretty fast it was packed so when we asked for the wait she told us the bar area was sit yourself. Well I'm 10 so we asked if the bar was kid friendly and it was. I cannot rave enough about this place! Awesome decor! Who doesn't love a HUGE fish tank?! Wine selection is great with an awesome full bar. My friend and I shared the Scallop appetizer which was by far one of the best dishes. I ordered a steak which sadly did come out a bit more cooked than I preferred but it was still very tasty! House chips were a hit with our table. I got the grouper sandwich and it was delish. Fries were stale/not crispy which was pretty disappointing when it's half your meal basically :/ Cheesecake tasted more cheesey than cakey which I didn't love.
