Your closest competitors were as follows. Also your statement about being heavy is not accurate, possibly may see the 7T limit of your competitions weight limit for one of of the 7 40s we needed. Unsure the reasoning behind 1500 for a 30yd but that is absolutely disgusting as far as pricing, not sure if your gouging because of high demand or what but your pricing is sky high compared to anyone else in the area, near or far, from Port Clinton to Toledo. You can imagine my surprise when Dan Moore(Vietnam Vet) did a free water test and he said you don't need this thing or that thing for my system. He sold me a basic system which was all I needed and really wanted. He told me If I desired anything more at any point it could be added. Then I met Doug Dell who installed the system. Even though I tried to make his job easier for him to set up, he insisted on the best set up that fit the area of the installation rather than what was easier for him. I have been impressed by all the people from Culligan Water of North Central Ohio and I highly recommend them for any water needs you might need.

Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

I am extremely disappointed with Rumpke's service and customer support. My trash has not been picked up as scheduled, and unfortunately this is not the first time it has happened. Over the past six days, I have made six separate calls to customer service trying to get the issue resolved. Every single time, I was told that an operations manager or supervisor would contact me. Not once did anyone call back. The customer service representatives simply repeat the same script, make the same promises, and nothing happens. When I asked to speak with someone in leadership or obtain contact information for corporate management, I was told that customer service did not know who those individuals were or how to reach them. I found that response unbelievable and completely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like Rumpke is happy to take customers' money while failing to provide the service being paid for. The missed pickups are frustrating, but the complete lack of accountability and follow-through is even more concerning. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Customers deserve reliable service and responsive management when problems occur. Unfortunately, I have received neither. (also not in California - no idea why it says that. Lima OH) read more

I called and the extremely rude lady on the phone asked a bunch of questions as if to find me in a lie or a reason they took it. She then explained that she would call and ask the driver. I called back after being hung up on and she said I was lying!! That they did not take my can but then proceeded to tell me if things were not bagged correctly they will. I explained I only had a stuffed animal about three feet long (from previous owner of the home) she said I was lying about that. I explained to her that I watched him kick my can then put it in the truck and take off. She said no he didn't. I said so your calling your customer a liar and she said yes. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she began to get hostile with me that she was and I was at fault in them taking my garbage can. So now I am contacting the BBB because fortunately I thought it was funny a three foot shark was sticking out of a garbage can so I took pictures and then took after pictures of the garbage in my yard with no can.
