Five stars for Jennifer! We found Jennifer after we had recently moved to Livermore, and needed a pet sitter to care for our tribe of 4 cats and 2 dogs while we went on our honeymoon. Jennifer did an "introduction," meeting in which she came over and hung out so we could talk her, and she could meet the babies. She is truly experienced with "meeting" cats and dogs and allowed them to come to her, which made everyone comfortable. After meeting Jennifer, we felt our babies were in good hands. Jennifer is trustworthy, on time, cleans up after the pets, gives them lots of love and is respectful of our home preferences (not wearing shoes in the house.) She frequently communicated by sending pixs of the babies, easing our anxiety of leaving our babies with a new pet sitter. She was super accommodating to one of our kitties who hid under the bed, and served her meals there. She is especially fantastic with our dogs. She reinforces walking "manners," and rewards them with frequent treats for good behavior. We use her weekly now for dog walks. Our pets are like our "kids," to be able to have Jennifer in our lives to help us care for them when we go away or just to walk them while we are at work is truly a blessing! I needed a last minute dog walking late at night, and after calling many, many people, Run & Done Walks was the only one willing to help me out. They came right away, (on a day off nontheless!) and offered to walk my little dog who was in dire need of some exercise. Jennifer looked after our 2 cats and 2 bunnies for a week while we were on vacation, coming to our home twice per day. This was the first time we have used a pet sitting service and right from the onset, when we first met Jennifer, we felt comfortable leaving our precious fur babies in her care. Thank goodness for Jennifer! We have a ~1yo street dog from Taiwan (Rocco) and a ~2yo Great Pyrenees (Nilly). Rocco had A LOT of fear and shyness issues, but and come a long way since he first joined our family. Jennifer was amazing at working with Rocco to get him comfortable with her. Now, when they hear her car pull up, they both run to the gate and go nuts when she enters. Nilly is pathologically social, so comfort with Jennifer was never an issue for her. Like all Pyrs, though, she's incredibly stubborn and too smart...Jennifer is able to handle these traits beautifully as well. I really appreciate that Jennifer lets me know when she's on the way, when she has arrived, takes pics on the walk, reports any abnormal poops etc, and lets me know when they're back home. When I was planning on getting a dog, I did my homework and looked at several dog walkers. The price fit my budget and I liked that it would be one person not a revolving door of random people having access to my home/animals when I was away. When Jennifer came over to do a meet and greet she put my mind at ease and my newly adopted miniature Aussie (who takes a bit to usually warm up to people) took right to her. Jessica has been taking Marty (her chocolate friend) for regular walks since May 2016. Marty just loves her and he waits at the gait for Jessica to pick him up for their next adventure. I have been using Run & Done Walks for almost a year, and I have nothing but good things to say! They walk my dog 4 times a week and I am so happy I found a company that is reliable and trustworthy! They go ABOVE and BEYOND what a normal dog walker would do. In short, they are AMAZING! To give you an example of how they have exceeded my expectations, they will adjust the time they come if they notice that the weather is going to be particularly hot so that my pooch is not uncomfortable walking on the hot pavement. Also, if the weather ends up being hotter than the weather report predicts, they will drive my dog to the nearest park so that he doesn't have to walk his little paws on the hot pavement!
