Through our…read moredesigner, we bought a Stephanie recliner which comes with a battery pack so you can put the recliner anywhere. There are no instructions on how to install the battery (it came in a box and not already installed.) After attempts to get some direction from Norwalk, we realized we had to figure it out ourselves. After about 5 months (with many pauses) and 10 different family members trying to figure it out, we finally figured it out. Shame on Norwalk - they can do better.

My client purchased Norwalk sectional. Within 3 weeks of delivery which was in November 2022 they…read morenoticed a hole in each arm of the sectional in the exact same area. You can feel the rough wood underneath the fabric where the holes are. There is no padding underneath the fabric in the area of the holes so the fabric rubs against the bare wood. I filed a complaint with the customer service center. A couple of weeks later the fabric began pulling on the bottom side corner of the sectional creating ripples in the fabric. I filed another complaint. It wasn't until Jan. 11, 2023, when I talked to Mr. Souter on the phone about both issues that I received an initial response to my second claim 9085 and a second response to my first claim 8996. After our conversation Mr. Souter responded with an email that he spoke to the VP of Manufacturing and he indicated that it is not a manufacturing issue and that they will offer me fabric at a discounted rate to have my own upholster fix the issue. Mr. Souter made the absurd remark that maybe the client turned it upside down and drug it across the floor. They won't even entertain the notion that they are not at fault for this poor workmanship.

Store manager said a replacement would be ordered, assembled and delivered to me. That was NOT the case. Owner offered me $100 off for a grill THEY damaged. He said the Masterbuilt brand is junk and they don't normally carry or offer it because of packaging and quality. (Weird because this is the 3rd MB grill I've bought from them but ok) I bought my new grill on Black Friday sale price that also included free assembly and delivery. Was told now to either take $100 credit, come pick up a new one in a box and put it together yourself or return this one. REALLY!? GREAT customer service! I told them to shove it and had them come pick it up and got my refund. I'll NEVER spend another dime here again. This is the 4th grill / smoker I've bought there and it's the last.
