Worst customer service! I asked a young lady for help with explaining recoil & a few things about some guns and her response was I don't own any of them so I don't know. (Then why is she working this counter or go get someone that can help) A young man asked her for help with the holsters & she was equally unhelpful to him. We had an item on layaway, called 3 times for an update and never got a call back then when our card was double charged for a return instead of credited they made us drive 20 minutes back to the store for them to correct it. read more

The prices are low and the selection is good, but good luck trying to get customer service, either in the aisles or if the service desk calls for assistance. They don't order enough of advertised items, nor do they offer a replacement or raincheck. I have been offered help once with loading feed, which I accepted. When I drove my car around to get it, no one was there to help, so I ended up loading it myself. read more
